This is a racist place ! I had just got off work I'm giving the young boy my order so this hateful girl starts taking these 2 ladies order behind me so they took their order in front of me ! this racism here in San Antonio has to stop !!! I'm a Disabled veteran and even if I wasn't this has to stop ! I heard they do this at this location all the time ! This city is full of minorities So why have hatred and be ignorant to African Americans 1 I'm going to report this to corporate,BBB and the governor of Texas ! I'm going to be heard !!! y'all need to start going to church . This place has nasty ignorant people working there ! They need to get new employees or close the heck down

I use to like going to this subway when it was different employees that cared about their customers and had great customers service. These workers they have now, are lazy and greedy. I want my money's worth. I bought 2 tuna sandwiches. 1 =foot long, & 6 inc. l asked for flat bread on the foot long and Italian bread on the 6inc. Well, He put flat bread on the 6inc with 1 scoop of tuna & 2 scoops of tuna in the foot long and spread it. Couldn't taste no tuna. He barely out any veggies on my orders Was nothing but bread Hubby didn't even eat it. Foot inc got 2 scoops of tuna. It was so nasty. I called and spoke to manager or supervisor that starts with an M. She told me just to go back and l would be able to get my order redone for free, when l went in a fat girl told me she couldn't do it. So l wasted my time going all the way over there for nothing and it's going on 3 Weeks & l still can't get them to give me my free order. I asked if they can call the manager or supervisor to ask if l was telling them the truth and she said they couldn't call her. They're not about to keep my hard earned money. Trust I'm going to get my free order or they're going to give me a refund cause if not I'm going to someone higher then them. Point blank period!!!!.

I'm never using subway app or eating at subway ever again. Placed an online order thru your top off app and was charged 11.14 and stupid app gave an error but no order was received by the store. RIP off. Never again. Bye scammers

The 2 guys working were very kind and happy to wait on me n my friends son. They seem like they enjoy their job. And the kid left his phone luckily they found it and put it up for us!!
