If I could give 0 stars I would , waitresses were not attentive at all one was rude ! Food was gross the Mac and cheese balls were cold in the middle making me believe everything was warmed up not freshly made like it should be it was so loud in there I couldn’t even hear my friend talk . Have no idea why this place is hyped so much. I will tell it wasn’t worth the amount of money we paid would not recommend coming here if you want over priced food that’s cold, not freshly made and bad service

Made a reservation for my daughter's 8th Birthday. Arrived early and seated very fast. The staff was very friendly and polite. Once we were seated, our server took a little time to see us to get our orders, but did a great job taking care of us with a positive attitude. Although the food, drinks, and desert was good, for the price (very exorbitant), it was certainly not worth it...but everything was good, fresh, and edible. All in all, it was worth the experience and price tag, but it will certainly only be "check the block" experience.Pros: Polite staff, great ambiance, wide food selectionCons: Price/value (You can definitely have better quality food at a Brazilian Steakhouse than here); unclean bathroom (sink was covered in gnats)I would recommend only for a special occasion if you want to experience something different and don't mind a few hundred dollars to splurge

My first dining experience at The Sugar Factory was nothing short of disappointing. I had high hopes, especially with a $100 Groupon in hand, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations.Let's start with the pricing. Despite the Groupon, it seemed like everything was excessively priced. A drink and a burger for one person ate up the entire value of the coupon, leaving me questioning if it was worth it. The drinks were exorbitantly priced at $40 each, and the burger matched that price tag. Add in the mandatory gratuity of 15%, and suddenly, the bill reached the full $100 mark without much to show for it.While the ambiance was vibrant with great music and energy, the novelty of the drinks quickly wore off after the first glance. The gimmick of hot ice was intriguing initially, but the allure faded with subsequent visits.Another disappointment was the lack of flexibility in substitutions. Attempting to swap or add items only resulted in additional charges, essentially forcing patrons to pay for a whole extra meal. My attempt to enhance a $25 loaded fry with extra meat ended up costing an additional $12, resulting in a cold, overpriced dish.Location-wise, parking was an added expense, as the restaurant is situated in the River Center Mall vicinity near Hooters. Moreover, the size of the restaurant didn't quite match the grandeur depicted in online videos, though it sufficed for the crowd size.Despite these grievances, the staff remained friendly, with no discernible bad attitudes. Special occasions like birthdays are celebrated with gusto, but be prepared for the pressure to purchase overpriced extras like souvenir photos.However, it's worth noting the efforts of the manager to salvage the experience. We visited for the first time today and yes they do add a 20% tip no matter how large the party but our server Adrian deserved it. We even added a little more since he was such a good waiter. Thanks Adrian, because of the food and the good service you provided we'll definitely be back! The food and drinks were amazing!!

Ok so first of all rude & horrible service. One of the managers Jovan or something he is a horrid human and should not be working in customer service. If they check their cameras 8:48pm on Tues 3/12 you can see him sticking his fingers in his mouth like maybe licking food off his fingers and winking…. it was super creepy. He was rude at check in and very rude to other customers. He was yelling/arguing with some man who was there with his family. The vibes were definitely off.
