Subpar experience. The bar is right in front of the door rendering our “bar reservation” useless. We had to move since it was so cold. Servers were kind but not super attentive. We had added on the reservation that we were there to celebrate an anniversary. No mention of it. Didn't even ask if we were celebrating anything. Just asked if we had allergies. For the appetizer, we ordered chargrilled oysters @ $4 each. Not worth the money. They were bland and flavorless. It's restaurant week in SA so I ordered off that menu. $55. The kale Cesar was pretty good. We waited A LONG TIME for our main dishes. The risotto wasn't terrible...just ok and not very hot. He ordered off the main menu and chose the $55 filet. You could tell that it had been sitting on the plate for a while. Only had a little sea salt sprinkled where they had cut it for presentation purposes. Not enough to give it any flavor. It's was warm, at best and overcooked. The plate included 2 stalks of asparagus (which the server told us that it was basically garnish). In addition, he ordered the Brussel sprouts ($14ish dollars) which was the best thing we ordered. They were at least hot and had great flavor. For dessert, we shared the chocolate dessert from my “restaurant week” selection. It was ok. Nothing special. The $8 “fee” for the “preservation of the Pearl” is ridiculous. All in all, I feel like this place only survives off of tourists. Again, not terrible...just definitely not worth the money. Especially for a local.

The food was excellent. Chef Chris Cohen actually came to our table to make sure we were satisfied with our selections. Our waittress, also, was quite friendly, attentive, and accommodating to all our requests. Over all, a nice evening.

Every experience at Supper is fantastic. It's an absolute guarantee to be creative and delicious, with outstanding service from the hostess, to the bartenders, to the wait staff, with a lovely view inside and outside (especially at night). Natasha is wonderful as well as a French waiter (forgetting his name, but he's lovely), and the entire chef staff in the kitchen. All amazing!

food and service was great. only part I did not like is that Supper is passing on a 3.68 percent charge to your bill for "historic services to the Pearl". Don't you guys think you make enough money as is?

Food and service were amazing. Our server, Billie, was so attentive, helpful with the menu and very personable. 5 Star service from the time we sat down until the time we walked out. Still thinking about the tasty Texas Chargrilled Oysters. Looking forward to staying, dining and drinking at the Hotel Emma again. Thank you!

Disappointed with the dinner experience. They brought out cold dessert (frozen still), the service was very slow, and the food was not very good. I have been here for lunch prior and it was very good.

This was my first visit to Supper for lunch. Hotel Emma is a beautiful, historic setting and the staff and atmosphere successfully maintains it unique charm. The menu selections and presentations were perfect for lunch. The brussel sprouts and bread service were especially tasty. Our server, Luke, was confident, relaxed and made us feel like we were dining in someone's home. Shana, greeted us on arrival and was attentive to all the diners on the floor. Valet parking was eash so our 80+ year-old cousin we were celebrating did not have to walk far. A great experience all around.

The espresso machine was broken. The Eggs Benedict were hard poached and dry. It was very unappetizing. The orange juice tasted like Sunny D. Sadly, the quality at Supper has fallen dramatically.

We had branzino which was supposedly deboned but had many bones and the lettuce didn’t really make sense in the dish. The filet was little burned and hard to cut. Mushroom sauce was nice though. It took so long to get out of the kitchen our wine was comped. It took an hour! We had a view of the lights outside, that was cute. I was thinking the inside will be Christmas decorated as well, but didn’t see anything. Service was very nice.

Our evening started off a bit awkward, with a reserved greeting from the hostess and seating that wasn’t ideal for a party of six. We shared several appetizers, tried the bread service, salads, and even finished with dessert and coffee, but nothing really left an impression or made us want to come back.
I typically don’t leave negative reviews, and that wasn’t my intention here, but the hype was far from what we experienced. In the end, it’s hard to justify the premium cost when the overall experience feels average.

A bit pricey for the portion served. Other than that the service was excellent.

The place is beautiful and very nice views to the River Walk and the Pearl Park. The atmosphere is amazing and plenty of nice touching decorations. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place. It is expensive but the experience is worth.
