This is a shell kitchen that prepares food for Uber eats and other food delivery. Not a restaurant unless you consider the broken picnic table in the parking lot next to the highway ambiance.

Incredibly delicious food at a reasonable price is hard to find. Look no further than Noods. The symphony of flavors washing over your tastebuds will leave you wishing you had ordered more. The chef's attention to detail and presentation do not go unnoticed. Try the creamy Tom yum noods and any of the dumplings. You will definitely come back for more.

FOOD was amazingggg! We ordered the Asada Thai Fried Rice & Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich and it was one of the best culinary experiences I've had in a while, and especially some of the best I've had in San Antonio. 10/10 recommend!

Service was as great as the food. I tried the sweet and spicy burger and the seasoned meat with the pineapple and red onion was spot on would definitely come back!

Quality of menu or food is irrelevant to me when a business is disingenuous or takes advantage of its customers. My 14-year-old has been wanting to try Korean corn dogs for like a year (thanks to TikTok), and was super excited that they had them on the menu. I sent her with my card. I checked the menu online and had her send me a picture of the menu on the truck - KC listed as $5.50. When she came back, she handed me a receipt for nearly $9. When I asked what was up with that, she let me know "Jose" said "do you want sausage or potato" (truth is she didn't want either flavor, just regular, plain, but picked one as she'd already waited in line). Turns out, regular, plain exists and for $5.50 as advertised. The flavored ones he offered to her cost nearly double the price. That's just disgusting and bad business. Never again.

I select my 5-star rating places carefully. If I give a 5-star, then it's a place I have added to my list of all-time favorites. This place gets a 5-star! The food truck is beautifully decorated and is located in the new food truck park off Hwy 181. The food order took little time, and it was fresh and hot when I got it. The gentleman who served it was the owner, and his genuine smile was everything. I highly recommend trying this place. It is far from where I live, but I will go out of my way to visit, sit and have a good time.

Wonderful food. Simple and delicious. I love the fusion on Asian and Mexican. Great owners and such a cool area.

Asada fried rice is a flavorful dish you do t want to miss. Plenty of meat to rice proportion and the egg on top brings it all together.
