I love Taco Bell with the rest of you, but this location doesn't meet the standards of the rest of the Taco Bell companies. I don't think we will be back unless changes are made.

This place has gone downhill for sure. We spent over $50 on dinner for the family. The wait was horrible, the food was the worst I've ever had at a taco bell. My husband found a nasty hair in his meal! Disgusting! We tried calling, no one answered and quite frankly, I wouldn't want a replacement! We are just never returning to that location.

Order placed at kiosk around 6 ish (receipt came in at 6:11). Employees ignored me trying to get drinks. Had both Taco Bell and KFC order. Received partial TB order and had to discuss to get order. Another employee would not give me a receipt. Waited 20 minutes for KFC order. Finally got my drinks for one employee to tell me she would make tea and then disappear. Manager came over and asked then he disappeared. Flagged a 3rd employee who also ignored me. Very bad service. Food cold by the time everything was sorted out and got home to eat. However the employee getting off had her correct order for her family to eat inside the restaurant before leaving. And even now as I am typing no one is helping me despite making eye contact and attempting to flag down.

Napkin dispensers empty. You have to ask for napkins or a fork. No iced tea. The cashier didn't take my order right. Who's training these folks? I guess that's why the dining room is empty. Remind me not to return.
The workers are amazing and the food is delicious would definitely recommend 10/10

Restroom (at least men's room) very unclean. I use it as a bathroom break while working frequently and they're usually out of soap or toilet paper, often both. 1 of the urinals has been broken for quite some time and bathroom stall door is very difficult to lock. Do better guys.

Would give a 5 on food(it was fresh and good) but they did not give me my sauce for the chicken strip/tenders I ordered and I didn't want to ask for it since they had a angry customer already. First time ordering those so would have been nice to try the special sauce with it.Service, I would have gave a 5 had they had napkins, straws and ketchup readily available at the self service counter near the fountain drink machine, I had to wait again in line to get those.
