Got two 7$ luxe boxes and a Doritos loco taco. Did not get the taco and the boxes were tortillas with cheese and lettuce no beans no meat nothing!!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I love Tacobell and I have Never been so disappointed and upset at the money that was wasted!!!!!! They had me back up in the drive thru lines to fake their times on the drive thru because service was so slow we were the only ones in line!!!!!!!! I hope whoever was working on the night of March 9th 2025 gets retrained and showed how to make simple burritos!!!!!!!

Ladies chilling in the back there was no one at the from the was like give me two minutes give two minutes I waited 10 minutes inside empty no one one drive through and the guy was telling to that ladies about customer but they were like I donāt careš then I left with no food I hope the owner of this store need to change his employees otherwise really soon this store would be out of serviceš

I feel like I should sue for the food my family received. The oil tasted rotten....Chips, fried chicken, cinnamon twist, etc could not even be eaten. The restaurant was literally out of everything.

For the most part they get orders correct. HOWEVER, they NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER ON ORDERING FOODTRUCKS. THEYRE ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING. If you can actually order food and they have everything, it's a GOOD DAY! so frustrating, HOW ARE YOU ALWAYS OUT OF SIMPLE THINGS!?! tortillas, mexican PIZZAS, tacos, chalupas. Theyre always out of multiple things. I usually don't post negative reviews, however past 4 trips have been terrible!

11/19/24 Probably the worst experience EVER at Taco Bell. Chicken Cantina bowl was made with the last of the rice and beans scraped from the bottom of the pan. On top of that, they were āout of tortillasā. I used to like this place, thatās ruined now.
