Would give a 5 on food(it was fresh and good) but they did not give me my sauce for the chicken strip/tenders I ordered and I didn't want to ask for it since they had a angry customer already. First time ordering those so would have been nice to try the special sauce with it.Service, I would have gave a 5 had they had napkins, straws and ketchup readily available at the self service counter near the fountain drink machine, I had to wait again in line to get those.
For the most part they get orders correct. HOWEVER, they NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER ON ORDERING FOODTRUCKS. THEYRE ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING. If you can actually order food and they have everything, it's a GOOD DAY! so frustrating, HOW ARE YOU ALWAYS OUT OF SIMPLE THINGS!?! tortillas, mexican PIZZAS, tacos, chalupas. Theyre always out of multiple things. I usually don't post negative reviews, however past 4 trips have been terrible!
This Taco Bell was a mess. The cashier was on the phone we stood at the counter for 5 minutes before she acknowledged us. No straws, no salt,no taco sauce and they people at drive thru waiting for their food. Not going back. No way 1st time I disappoint. My chips were staple
