Really bad customer service I was standing there for ten minutes and not even a greeting I just left the restaurant manager you need to talk to your employees at least welcome the customers....don't recommend really,really bad 👎
Don’t eat at this location unless you want a lot of unwanted time on the toilet. This place is straight trash especially the night shift

I came in and I asked if they serve Chalupa. They said they did. They didn’t ask me if I wanted a crunchy or soft. I didn’t know there was such thing as a soft Chalupa. So instead of getting a flat corn shell with the beans and the cheese and less tomato on top, I ended up with something. It just simply looks like a taco made with flour tortilla instead of corn. I was very hungry, and to get home and have something that I can’t even eat upset me they didn’t and I didn’t know I had to mention whether I wanted a flat crunchy shell or a soft flower shell. What is that.

Do not order food from here especially the crunchy pizza or anything having to do with tortilla they're old they taste like old food you can't get that plastic old taste out of your mouth this is just the worst I can't believe I know Taco Bell's food can be so good not this location

When i got home my order was wrong, I don’t have time to drive back or debate over the phone so I settled. Also, the steak burritos suck! They had like two strips of steak which is practically nothing! $5.99 for a burrito is robbery especially if it contains only rice and beans. Taco Bell sucks! Mexican restaurants are way better! Never eating there again! Especially the location on Rittiman Rd in San Antonio Tx.

The new Avacado Verde salsa is treated nothing like Avacado or Verde. Will definitely skip it going forward.
The new breakfast salsa is very similar to mild salsa and enjoyed it.
Well maintained with good ambience for a quick stop and go.
