The manager Ralph refused to serve me, says he was very rude. I never once to raise my voice at him. I told him, sir I called on Sunday because you guys made my order wrong, she said who did you talk to? I said I spoke to the manager. He said I need a name. I said I didn’t catch his name. Sorry about that. You don’t know who the general manager is who worked on Sunday he said no it’s not his job to know who works at his store on Sundays. It’s my job. It’s my responsibility to know who I talk to and he’s not gonna remake my order nor is he going to let me order new food so way to go Taco Bell

So I frequent this location, because I live, so close. But over the last few times that I’ve ordered my food has been wrong every single time. Today I asked him to double check in and make sure that it was made correctly before I leave to prevent me from having to return to the store. They said they made it correctly and handed me the box, but of course I get home, and my food is still not being correctly. I think the management here should be ashamed of themselves, and I think the GM should definitely get better management.

I remember now why stopped going to this Taco Bell 5 years ago, even though is less than 5 min from my home. The tacos I got were almost empty!!! Nobody wants to pay for food that doesn't look like at all as advertised. What a steal!

Came from houston for labor day weekend. And I accidentally made a mistake on the kiosk. When I noticed it I addressed it to Shaun and I noticed it was my fault he was kind enough to let me keep and fix my order. Very nice 👌 experience weekend just keeps getting better

Came to Taco Bell to get ONE bean burrito..just one and chips and queso, now I do like Taco Bell, however 20-25 minutes later I still got nothing while the 2 people after me who ordered way more got their food before me.i just walked out obviously without my order. I think it’s ridiculous to wait 25 minutes for just ONE burrito and they didn’t even greet you when entering or while waiting.
