I haven't been to Taco Bell in over a year. The Steak Poblano was a pleasant surpise—I came back for seconds. They also still have the Chicken Cantino Taco with the toasted Cheese on the outside of the shell ... I loved that thing. The young lady today was pleasant to all customers. Great value.

Came in the drive through around 10pm 12/11/25. My order was over $60 and I do not receive any sauces? I live far away and ordered for multiple ppl. When I called I was told I could come back for the sauce or go back another day. For sauces??? Absolutely ridiculous.

Just want to say shout out to the team this evening! With the heavy rain they had a power outage & my whole family ordered online. The entire team was kind, calm and collected and worked well together to find solutions to make the orders and get through service (with no fryers and power for screens or drive thru speaker). We got our food hot and received 10 mins of being placed. I know it was a difficult inconvenience and they deserve recognition for the great service!

When I got a large fries , on the drive-through really bad cold fries and went inside to tell them why is that they say wait 15 minutes they give me the fries smells so bad old oil and since three hour I’ve been throwing up so please people do not go to Taco Bell on Ingram

Went to drive thru and asked for soft tacos but instead I received hard tacos. Went inside to get order replaced. Soft tacos took longer to make than the total time all this played out. Got new tacos and the meat was just about as cool as the cheese & lettuce. Instead of dealing with that mess again, I went two blocks away to hm and nuked them. Won't be going back to this location. This was a first time & last time visit because you couldn't get the simplest order correct or keep food at proper temperature.
Staff was a little slow but helpful. The food order was correct and fresh.

Ladie at the window was rude I paid with a 100 dollar bill and exact coinage to pay for my meal and then proceeded to try and short me a dollar. Then proceeded to give me attitude when I explained it to her. Once we got that fixed she then practically shoved my food at me and slammed the windows shut. Unprofessional
