I was reaply happy with my experiemce a year ago; however, times change. Bean Burrito w/ extra red sauce is my fav but not when it's victim of product deflation and price inflation I am not so happy. Where are my beans and Extra Red sauce? 5 layer burrito is more like tortilla with nothing. Thats 8 bucks for FAILURE. Give me a break.I feel jipped. See pics. To end positively The person at the counter was nice and the restaurant was clean.

We ordered here since the location was new. The staff forgot items and despite their best efforts were noticeably overwhelmed.That aside something was seriously off with the Mexican pizzas and nachos. They were inedible. We hope we don’t get sick from the few bites we took.

I got Food poisoning and spent the entire morning in the ER!!!!! I called Now asking for a refund for my meal from yesterday A SIMPLE REFUND!! When i should It called angry and demanding more and Austin the manager decided to tell me “ we cannot refund you we did not give you food poising” as if I’m not the only one in the household who has it from THEIR MEAL! I will Be calling corporate first thing in the morning and making a report to the health department. I cannot believe a “ manager” would say we did not give you food poisoning as if I’m not telling him i just Left the EMERGENCY ROOM!! I have Documentation to it.

I tried some of the new items off the menu. A cheesey chicken quesadilla, loaded beef nachos and those cinnabun dessert holes. Of course with a Baja blast. I would say the food is delicious 8/10. They ran out crispanadas because obviously they must b 10/10.The service was amazing, fast and friendly. When I'm on this side of town I definitely recommend this taco bell.

The staff didn't give my DoorDash delivery driver all my items. The management team was not helpful when they returned to pick it up and only offered an apology.
ordered food for a friend and myself and my order was okay, kinda cold BUT MY FRIENDS TACO HAD A HAIR EMBEDDED IN THE TACO ITSELF ??? ??? not really a good experience. also they didn’t give us our drinks for like a minute and we kept having to say excuse me as they were like hyper focused cleaning a sink.
