Ordered online only to get home and they substituted my chicken to old tenders without asking if that was ok, it was not and would have told them to cancel the order.

Been here several times live just around the corner. every single time the food is always off.

Chalupa must’ve been under the heat lamp for three hours. Rock hard.

Never again.

It’s not just a one time incident. It’s a repeated thing. not to mention you can sit in their drive-through for a good 20 minutes because they’re that inefficient.

Managers not willing to solve and fix mistakes their Tacobell made. They'll just want to waste your time after they dont give you the food you ordered and paid for.

Had a great experience bringing out some special needs patients for an outing.

Made uber delivery person wait and told him there was nothing they could do to help him or me as my order had already been “picked up.” They didn’t take accountability for handing out my order to someone else mistakenly, and left me without a meal, and the driver without his pay. Not very interested in trying again.

Manager is so rude ,when I ask for my order she said it not our problem you came this time in the night it’s your problem,she is so rude 😡😡,I hate Taco Bell now , never coming back to Taco Bell

I had so bad experience with this location, there service is slow i did the my order and did the wait over there for almost 40 minutes , I tried the food and its does not same quantity is it , in potato tacos there is only 1,2 pice of potatos , I had the so bad experience with this location and staff , otherwise I love Taco Bell , I hope they will do more better because they needs to do better and I am never coming back here , it’s not perfect for drive thru service , Thank you 😒😒

Missing food and drinks from my order, I didn’t realize I was missing my drinks until I got halfway home. I was annoyed because of a 30+ minute wait. Had to repeat myself while ordering and at the window, still didn’t get everything.

Ordered chalupa combo..first of all when did Taco Bell combo meals end up at $15 and change?! Second…I returned for refund…will never return…CHALUPAS ARE NEVER TOASTED OR WARMED HERE…they are supposed to be. Spent $15+ on cold black bean tacos. Smh
