They have the nicest employees and managers at this location!! This is my home location. They always greet and converse with you. Its nice to see good customer service still exists, although very rare. These people need a raise!!!!!

Went today 9/14/2025 @1130 and drive thru service was amazing. The woman at the drive thru was nice, professional, and genuinely happy. It is sooo rare to get people that good!! She needs a raise ASAP. BTW my pug also loved the service.

All my tacos had like half the meat, i know it's fast food but common, you could fill them properly.
Not sure what happened to the cinnamon twists tonight, but has a fowl chemical taste and lingering after taste. Almost seems like it was washed with dish cleaner solution prior to getting dropped in the frier, and or the frier still has residual cleaning chemical in it. Either way, not even the baja blast could wash away this taste in my mouth after only eating 1 twist.

Ordering sucks. Have to order by computer no human service. Was told I would be helped in 10 or 15 minutes if I wanted human help. Was paying in cash, told to use the machine. I did. After a 20 minute want still no order asked they said had no order. Didn't offer help. I left went next door to a real Mexican restaurant no fast food. Poor service and rude. Not everyone is tech savvy. Will not be coming back.

The food was ok, but I ordered 2 soft taco Supremes and 2 Pintos and cheese. Got home a even though it said soft taco Supremes on the bag as well, I ended up with the regular crunchy messy tacos. I cant stand those! Not surprising as so many places have workers that just don't pay attention to what they're going. Although everyone was nice, in the end I ended up getting something i didn't order and didn't want.
