I am disappointed we purchased a 12 pack taco party Pack and the soft tacos when you went to open them, you had to peel them off the paper and there was no sour cream on them. They were supposed to be supreme tacos however anytime I tried to reach out to the restaurant. There is no answer and no response from customer service as well, I was just appointed and overall

DISGUSTING I placed an order for a Catina taco as I was biting string of curly hair was there I just threw it out I’m like maybe it’s only one I bit again another one I opened it and there was another not to include what I may have swallowed already! Very disgusting they do not wear hair nets only caps ! This is Terrible

Placed an order was the only one there in line. After i placed order took someone 15 mins to come to counter, then another 15 mins food didn’t even come out yet. Ridiculous level of service. Paid cash and left without eating and without food. Manager just had a smerky response with attitude. So left

We've eaten at Taco Bell for years. It's always great food, good service, and something we like.
We got the new cheesy chalupa deluxe and it literally came with three pieces of steak in it and the tortilla was SO stale. Not to mention they are smaller than hand size for $10????!!? Customer service was not good either. And our queso was filled like 1/4 of the way.

Spoke with the manager on 7/16. He was unwilling to make a new, unseasoned batch of fries for our 3-year-old son. Other surrounding locations are very accommodating. Do not recommend this location. Poor service.
