This site is also a KFC. What a disappointment! Took forever for the order, staff was rude and basically ignored the people in line. The woman that prepared the order kept looking at me unpleasantly. Once the order was completed, she put it on a shelf instead of handing it to me! I waited over 15 minutes. Never again will I pick up orders from here. I've worked retail management for over 30 years, I would NEVER let my staff treat my customers the way they treated me! Whether they were short staffed or not, it's no excuse to be rude.

My friends and I came for a quick bite and we loved Vaughans energy from the moment we walked in. He is so sweet and was kind to every single person that walked in and gave them a warm goodbye on their way out. The food was good too everyone else was friendly and it was very clean inside. I hope this company realizes how much of a gem they have working for them -- Vaughan is one of a kind and really brings the utmost warmth to this restaurant. :) Give him a promotion!!!

This Taco bell always takes forever even when it isn't busy! The people who work there are sometimes slow. They ask me what sauce I want and I tell them and they just stare at me. I tell them again and they are like huh? I have to repeat myself. I'm not sure if this place is always understaffed, but if they are, more people need to be there during the day.
I don't even know where to start, y'all have REALLY GONE DOWN HILL, food quality is really bad, you take away the Seniors Discount, really, I ask for fire sauce, and the young lady said ok and hands my food and NO sauce, burrito Cold, taco paper was setting in water or something cuz it was All wet. Won't be giving my Hard earned $ to y'all. ?

Unfortunately this location is always filthy inside, and I get it, it's Taco Bell, but come on. This location is also terrible if you want to dine-in as their priority is 100% the drive thru and you will be waiting for quite awhile if you're eating there(I'm talking 30 minutes or more, I've timed it). The tables and seats are almost always all greasy or have beans on them so enjoy that. The only good thing I can say is that the drive-thru seems to be fast and they usually get those orders correct but wow what a difference if you're eating there.

There was a huge line last night and I could hear the guy on the speaker from a couple cars back and he gave the same cheerful customer service to every customer. I don’t know who he was, but he was awesome he still remained positive even to one guy who was being rude to him about KFC/Taco Bell no longer having popcorn chicken.The customer service from the whole staff was great at the window too. Everyone helped each other get the food out to us.Drive thru on 03/26/2023 late at night.

Just came here to grab a taco at 10:50 and they said they were out of "product". We were confused so we asked what do you mean? To which they replied with we only have enough food for the customer ahead of you . They could have just said they are closing early instead of saying they're out of food.
