the service was absolutely terrible when ordering take out i was missing food and when i corrected it the cashier rolled her eyes and gave attitude while also loudly sighing in front of me overall horrible customer service i do not recommend coming here AT ALL!!

Since the introduction of the kiosks for ordering, customer service agents fail to interact with people entering the buildings for the most part. Except for QT, and they just come off as fake to me. Taco Bell employees used to be a lot friendlier but it almost feels like they are hiding from their customers. I don’t get it.
Parking: Normal parking expectations
Kid-friendliness: It’s your average fast food establishment no playground.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have marked spaces and ramps.
It was 2 minutes until and the person taking my order refused to give me happy hour prices for my drink. Because the button would not let her? So that will be the last time I give taco 🌮 bell any business . I mean really 2 minutes.

Not only the guy who taking the orders also trying to pressure you when he ask would u like to round up your change and donate it, I was pretty clear when I said no then he goes only saying it only 25 cents. Go to pick our order and pay, I looked in the bag and simply ask for more sauce. And he wants say it's in the bag, I told I know I looked already, I'm requesting more and goes on to throw a fit. As if it was his personal sauce. Making a deal out of nothing. WHOEVER IS TRAINING THESE PEOPLE WOW.

We stood in line for about 5 min while a man named Pedro talked to a young lady about a position in store. I asked him if someone could help us because we don't understand the machine to place a order. Instead of helping as his job is to help customers. He makes remarks about it being simple like a big cell phone. If it was simple I would not ask for help. I was wanting to take my mother in-law who is 82 with dimensions and her son who is an older person out to eat. We been wanting taco bell and the one on potranco was a bit far. It is a got day. I will not go back to this location. Senior Citizens BEWARE. RUDE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Very disappointed.
