“I recently visited and ordered two items for myself and my son, but it took nearly 30 minutes to receive our food. The manager repeatedly walked past without acknowledging us or checking if everything was okay. The lack of attention and customer care was frustrating and unacceptable. This level of poor management either needs serious improvement or the place should consider a change in leadership.”

Ordered 3 burritos. Asked for extra cheese for all three, but on the side (I knew I was getting gypped every time but I wanted to see it). Charged $2.10 for extra cheese for the 3 burritos and this half handful is what I got. I asked if this was the $2 of cheese that’s supposed to go on 3 burritos, and the drive-thru person said “Yes. But I can give you a little extra,” and gave me the little container that wasn’t even half full. I feel like that was even more insulting. Absolutely out of their minds…
