I actually had no experience with Taco Bell so this review is not at all about their food. I did, however, visit the KFC side of the menu. I ordered the Chizza MEAL with Mac & Cheese & a fountain drink. When I got to the restaurant, my husband went inside & picked up my Quick Pick-Up order & left. When he got to the car, I checked my order & there was only a single Chizza with cold Mozzarella on top & Pepperonis. So, where was my meal? Hubby stated that the staff member informed him that they were out of Mac & Cheese so he thought that maybe I already knew that & I just didn't order the meal after all, which was not the case. So, I asked him if they offered him another side & he said they didn't. So... they basically wanted me to pay for a meal that I didn't even get! We went back in & informed the staff member that I did order a meal but no one offered a substitution. She offered French fries but she still never gave me my drink! I accepted the French fries but they were bottom of the basket leftover fries that tasted like they were fried in old oil. I was so upset at this point that I didn't even want the drink, so we left. What's crazy is that wasn't even the 1st time they screwed up an order for us neither. Bottom line... they will not screw up a 3rd order for us bc I won't be going back!

They were very polite at the counter and had my food out really quick. I was happy and no longer hungry.

It's nice to have different food choices in one location.This is true fast food with good customer service. The lobby, latrines, and beverage area all kept very clean.

Ordering was fine, but once we got to the window, everything changed. The gentleman taking our money was rude when asking us to pull up, and when I went to ask him for hot sauce, he said, "I have someone pulling up, and you need to move!" We did and then waited for our food to come. I will probably not go back to this location since the gentleman was so hostile.
Location needs to take a fine look into management. Drive thru process is unreasonable, employees have terrible cutomer service experience and the overall food (even though it's fast food) is extremely poor (my dog wouldn't even eat it).

Ahh I don't like eating fast food, but had to this day, and it was so lovely seeing all the workers so positive and kind. My order was a little messed up, I said it's fine I'll eat it, he said no way. You can keep that and I'll make sure to bring what you asked for in about 4 minutes. Gave him 10$ for going above and beyond. Miss the good ol days.

Ordered 4 crunchy tacos and 1 didn't have any lettuce. All of the other 3 were all sticking to the paper they were wrapped in. The crunchy taco shell was now all soggy at the bottom so that the shell fell apart..
