The absolute WORST Taco Bell AND fast food building I've ever walked into. Took them almost 45 minutes to make this small simple order, wasn't really busy. Took so long because the staff are just goofing around instead of doing their job. Garbage service.

Outstanding changes made & the food is awesome. Great customer service!! Highly recommended!!
The service here is horrible most of the time I mean I have been here for the last month about 6 times and the first few had order errors but I let it go with that though of “is fast food what can I expect” but damn today I order 3 supreme tacos I got a bean taco a hard shell taco non which I asked for also asked for no tomatoes and it had tomatoes in it. I usually don’t check my food but do I have to every time now? When I’m clearly giving you my order!!! I mean they got it all wrong and on top of that they have attitude most of the time specially that one curly headed brown skin guy at the drive thru. Come on get some good service is horrible here!!!! 🗣️🗣️

Went to pick up a delivery order and there was 5 other people plucking up orders or waiting on food and they never acknowledged anyone one guy was waiting 30 min before they asked if he was picking up and yet there is 5 people working and 4 people on the line and they aren’t even doing any orders for dine in or delivery only drive thru they don’t even acknowledge anyone up front just act like there isn’t 5 people standing waiting for assistance

Tuesday Feb 11th 2025 So Heres my (RatchetExperience)at this particular KFC /Taco Bell Combination/of San Antnio,TX. So The Blak or Dominican Lady is Cool but She Doesnt Cook the Food. Its the Team Members in the Bak Behind Her who Do The Cooking. At 920pm iWent to open the door to the Diner & Theylocked the Door Extra Early. #1A good Restrant is only to Lock the Doors (15mins)Befor Closing a Diner but they lok it 40Mins Early/Thats To Early 920pm!! #2 i Asked to order a Chcken Breast & The drive thru Assoc said they only hav Wings No Thighs or Breast You no the Actual Good Meaty Parts of the Chicken. #3 So i Ask to order 3 BeanYCheese Taco Bell Burritos, Fine i get the Burritos Get bak to my Vehicel. & wen i Bite into 1 of my 3 Burritos. The Beens were Dry!! That Burrito pissed me off The Beans Dry!! All i no is Ppl & this Aint The Only Bad Restaurant But the Cooks & the Staff At this TacoBell KFC Combo All they Want is a Check$$//$$ We all ned $$ but if you Cant do Right by Cookin the Food Right Then Thers no Point for this Restaurant KFC/TacoBell To Stand For Businesss/ Cook the Damn Food & Cook it Right Not just Serve Little Wings After 9pm & Shut down the Diner 40Mins Early!!@ My Review & Comments Are My Real Experience at this San Antnio Tx. Michael gave me excellent customer service and helped me get my order with a little extra speed so that I could actually make my Uber in time to beat the freezing rain. He was a true life saver! If this is the kind of customer service I can expect from this location I will continue to return. 10/5 stars!
If I could give no starts I would . The girl taking orders for drive though on 1.7.25 at 8 pm is super rude and not helpful . Don’t recommend this location .

This Taco Bell location is sooooo cool!!! I love the kiosk and the modern lobby!!! The midnight freeze was very good!! I love how yall have all the condiments stocked in the lobby!! Thank you employees and managers, you’re doing great and I know you got this!! I know y’all can make the shifts through! Much love and take care!💜

Great place and great service. Just takes forever to get your order. Just a beefy 5 layer and I been waiting here for about 20 mins. And I’m the only one here . I even checked drive thru and there getting there food before me and I was here before them. Just need to work on the times .

Very disappointed in the service at the drive thru. They asked if I was checking in via mobile for rewards, I said yes and proceeded to log in, received my 4 digit code and when I asked at the window, they said I was supposed to give them the code at the speaker. I received my order of six supreme tacos and they only gave me three hit taco packets, I asked the rudeboy at the window for more and he said that he couldn't give more because that was their policy. I asked to speak to a manager, who by the way just as rude, and she told me that I have to request extra packets, I informed her that I did, and she handed me three more packets and told me to have a good night as she literally closed the window on my face.. I left very upset 😡, only to realize that they had not given me my drinks. I paid well over 20 dollars for my 6 tacos and two drinks, I returned to the drive thru window and kindly asked for my drinks. She handed me the drinks I thanked her and she again closed the drive thru window without acknowledgement. Never again will I return back to the Walzem location.
