This is the worst customer service iv ever seen!! Employees should be embarrassed . No one can take your orders lines formed bc elderly couples couldn’t work the computer to place orders . Others were told to wait and employees screaming in the back . Very very bad.

Terrible place to eat, the employees are extremely rude, they do not serve you properly and the food is disgusting.

Manager kicked out a group because her employees gave out her order by mistake after the group asked for clarification if it was their order. And refused to listen to the group explain their side of the story, they genuinely didnt mean to take the wrong order and were kicked out for the employees negligence.Management needs to be looked at and changed or reprimanded.

Quick but the food is definitely not the same as usual nor should be. Ground beef tasted like it was from the day before and I was really hungry.

Taco Bell evidently does not believe in customer service. There is kiosk instead of real people to take your order. I had a very hard time using one. If I wasn’t in a rush, I would have left. The person asked if someone could take his order, she said use the kiosk. He left without ordering. My tacos had very little product in them. Pretty much the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to,

Food was ok. Worker was strangely silent and didn't talk to me. This made me feel worried about the quality of food like they were hiding something. Other wise food 6/10 service 2/10. Only gave me 5 mild sauce when I asked for 15.

I haven't been to a taco bell in about 10 years or more and I don't think I'll bother going ever again...Paid 6$ for a hot tortilla slathered in plastic cheese with lettuce sprinkled on top and a thin spread of beef somewhere between ...Taco supreme? Only thing supreme about it was my disappointment.Service was ok. But the food was not.

Ordered a quesadilla with a bunch of toppings and paid over $11and it was so light and thin, so I opened it and there was hardly anything there I took it to the counter, and instead of addressing the problem the manager told me to get out, after dumping multiple$10 bills the tacos hardly had a teaspoon of beef in them and the grande nachos were 95% chips by weight and volume.Everybody was black, and it was obvious that they were practicing reverse racism. I am sure they don't do the same to their black friends walking in. I would have gotten double the food at Taco Cabana, never again taco bell!!!!

The restaurant was very clean. I used the order kios and dined in. The kiosk was simple and easy to navigate.I was taken-back by the prices. Regular soft or crunchy were $1.29 not too terribly long ago. Now, they're $1.89.A medium soda is $2.69. That's insane.Tomato used to be standard on the taco. Now it's a 45 cents upcharge. Insane. My soft taco had very little meat, and I mean VERY LITTLE MEAT. It had ample lettuce to make up for the LACK OF MEAT. It was not hot, not even lukewarm !I don't know who supplies the tortillas, but it is ULTRA THIN, nothing like they were not too long ago.My $1 value cheesy rice & bean burrito had the same ULTRA THIN tortilla. It had a fair amount of beans, but VERY, VERY LITTLE rice. The rice grains were the size of sugar granuals. It didn't look like Spanish rice. The cheese looked funky; whitish, like watered down liquid cheese. It wasn't even lukewarm. My crunchy taco had VERY LITTLE MEAT, ample lettuce, and a fair amount of shredded cheese. The shell was ULTRA THIN. DQ's crunchy taos blow the Bell regular taco away! Taco Cabana's are better as well. ONCE AGAIN, the taco was cold!Skip Taco Bell on Walzem near Roosevelt High.Vegetarian options: Maybe 2 items, bean burrito, one so-called veggie burrito.Dietary restrictions: Do have caffeine free and diet soda.Kid-friendliness: Assume kids are happy if they like Taco Beĺl.Wheelchair accessibility: Tables can accommodate wheelchairs, but you gotta move the chairs.
