All was good until I got home. Requested my crunchy tacos Al fresco which means no lettuce or cheese. Well I had whole bunch of lettuce in my tacos very upsetting. But the grilled stuff burrito was good.

It's your usual Taco Bell/fast food. One the better ones in the area. Staff are usually nice. Rarely missing anything in the order. Only real complaint is most the time when ordering something and you ask to have something removed (like a sauce from a burrito or such), they'll not pay attention and still add it in. Sometimes forget to add something if you have it added to the item. But overall, the quality of the food and freshness is better than most the other Taco Bells we go to on the north and northeast side of town. This is the one we try to go to when grabbing TB as a snack or meal.

Staff makes me nervous.. Not sure if my food has been dropped, recycled. Got my food to go guys in the back didn't know they had people waiting at the counter..never been back

Staff is poorly trained, lacking basic customer service skills. We had a bad drive through experience when they forgot items in our bag, and with no apologies, refused to open the dining room to hand us the items, asked us to wait in a long line in the drive thru. Bad reflection on their leadership and the attitude they’ve cultivated towards simple customer service skills.

Terrible customer service. Great to see it when employees don’t really care about getting orders and prices correct. Bad enough it’s priced high, but worse when they don’t charge you correctly, then make no effort to fix it. Disappointing.

Food here is usually good most of the time (except the last time I ordered a cheez it crunch wrap). The three stars is mostly because the air conditioning at this location hasn't been working for about a month now. Even with the irobot looking air conditioner, it was very humid dining in. The dining room also smelled like a locker room!

Order from door dash and drive through multiple times from this location. Never gets my order right. They don’t read their orders or listen. I’m done with this location! Very disappointed

Skimp on ingredients. If you're going to charge the same amount for a veggie bowl as one with meat, at least give the "double portion" of black beans as advertised. I looked under the triple portion of lettuce to see if they were hidden, but no. A half head of lettuce cost a few dimes, not dollars.

I love this Taco Bell, generally they get my order right and it doesn’t take long to get my food. Today however, I ordered on the app, took around 15 mins to drive to this location (the closer location to me sucks) and once I got there, I had to wait what felt like an additional 8-10 mins to actually get my food at the window. Thankfully the food was correct, hot, and tasty, but… this taco. Almost $6 for this skimpy, soggy, pile of mostly tortilla. :( I remember the cheesy Gordita crunches being filled with lots of lettuce and cheese at the least when I was younger. Those ingredients are so cheap! I don’t know if the workers were just rushing to get my order done and don’t care or if the franchise owner is stingy and instructing the workers to undercut customer’s food, but it’s not cool. I do love this location but an very disappointed by tonight’s experience.

Editing to add there was absolutely no one else in line at the drive-thru when I got there, not sure what their online ordering situation looked like but the wait was definitely unexpected

Service is awful at this location on Bulverde. Ordered 1 taco and hot sauce .. I get it … no sauce, no napkins, and no straw. The kid at the window looks miserable

almost every time i come here they mess up my order or don’t have menu items. tonight i waited in line almost 20 mins for a mobile order and my food was incorrect so i wanted a refund but was told i couldn’t get one bc it was a mobile order.
