No fast food place is perfect and anyone who's ever worked in a fats food place especially following COVID19 and the decrease in people able to work.That said I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at this location. The staff are kind and I have personally witnessed them handle irate and irrational clients with the utmost grace they could in a professional manner.It may take a little while to get your order but being kind and patient with people doing their best is all you can do sometimes and the staff here a human just like the rest of us and deserve to be treated with the same respect, and decency we as paterons wish to be respected with.

I placed an order on ubereats and when I received my order, I was missing an item from my combo and my chips for my nacho bell grande were so stale that I couldn't eat my meal at all. If I could rate with a negative number I would. I will never get anything from this store ever again.

As a vegan who gets off work late, this taco bell is a godsend. I'm sure the employees hate me because I eat there at least once a week, if not more. Consistent food, quick service, what else could you ask

Just picked up 4 tacos and they were not edible at all. The taco was hard as a rock and you couldn’t even crack the shell. I called and no one answers the phone. I guess service after 6pm non-existent. I’m actually shocked at how inedible this food was. This is truly a health code violation.

Food was awful, I ordered 2 crunch wrap supremes and they were barely filled with anything, super thin and mostly just tortilla.The only thing good was the nacho fries and even then the cheese sauce was filled only 1/3 of the sauce container. And the extra sauce I paid for was also only filled 1/3 of the way. There should be no reason those aren’t filled all the way, they are tiny containers to begin with.

I had ordered through DoorDash... picked up my order to realize later on when I got home it was a COMPLETE different order. I contacted DoorDash, they let me RE ORDER. When I went to pick it up, I was told they were working on it by Alexis... 15 minutes go by, no food, no service, no nothing. I ask Jason ? I believe was his name...for an update on the order and explained what had happened with the last order... he explained to me that those items wouldn't be handed to me in a big bag. Then continues to go to the back and "let his manager know". Even though I could see everyone in the kitchen just messing around.. dancing... while there was multiple people who've been waiting for their orders as well. When I finally received my food at aprox 8:03PM ( ordered again at 6:30PM) . Do not order your food from them you will have to wait a whole lot for them to do NOTHING.

The Taco Bell in Bulverde is stepping up on their service. I pulled in today through the pick up line and the staff was very friendly. Food came out fast and was very good.

The food was pretty fresh and hot. Good for the most part. Except for the dipping taco, which I'd had at another location. If I wanted a crispy taco, I wouldn't have paid the $4. But that's what I was given, ground beef instead of the shredded beef.
