Pulled up to the window to receive my food and was asked by the employee to circle around the building and pull back up to the window again because they were waiting on my food. Shame on the MANAGEMENT for putting so much pressure on the employees to have a short drive thru time that they inconvenience the customers. Owner and manager do better

Food was prepared quickly and accurately, staff was friendly, dining area and restrooms were clean. This seemed to be a fairly newly built location. The ordering when walking inside is primarily self-serve using kiosks, which is fine for me, but could present challenges for other.

Not a great location at all, they didn’t even ask if I wanted any hot sauce at all, didn’t include any, didn’t check if my order was right and were out of sodas. This is one of the worst locations in San Antonio, would recommend skipping this one and choosing a different location.

Tacos Bell is the best!!! Their Chicken Chalupa is so delicious and the Doritos taco loco is always a great choice, try it with Tabasco!!!

I had the most pleasant and professional service while ordering through their Drive Thru this evening. Thank you Kapresha H for your friendly professional conversation while I waited for my order. This facility was clean around the perimeter and watched staff making my order wearing gloves and practicing food safety.
My order was correct and tasted delicious! Again, thank you for providing such wonderful service on this Halloween evening.
Ms. Kapresha should be a trainer/manager if she's not already. Kuddos!

The manager needs to enforce cleanliness standards. Tables not clean and restroom was messy. Hand sanitizer was empty. Women's restroom did not have soap. Food was ok.

We ordered through the kiosk, which I recommend ordering in person. Either the computer glitched or we ordered wrong. 😂 The picture we clicked is not what was made. The manager was extremely nice to get us the order we originally wanted. Most of the order was correct & fresh. The inside was clean and well kept. I’m not a Taco Bell lover, but my child is. So we will be back to get his favorites.

This is literally the best Taco Bell I have ever been too, immaculate service fast, and the food was made perfect, I live by the Ingram location and I now think that they suck. You all have truly set the standard thank you!

Service was extremely slow and rude. Took over 45 minutes to prepare order and was skipped multiple times although our order was placed online ahead of time. After 30 minutes we were informed they were mysteriously out of the items we had ordered. When we asked for a manager the employee rudely asked « what for? » and then when they finally went to get a manager the manager refused to acknowledge us and the employee refused to provide their name. This was Sunday 6/27/25 late night. The portions were terrible. The food was lacking. The service was thé worst we’ve ever had.
