I just ordered Tacos, Tuesday's chicken strip special, (normally I get the drum and thighs), and a drink. I was waiting for at least 20 minutes for my order when I was told, the chicken strips are ready now. If they would have told me they were out, I wouldn't have wait. That made me angry. Then I was about to leave and I noticed they forgot the Honey Mustard and the gravy. The Tacos were good,but cold now. The chicken strips, not so good. I'll stick with the drums and thighs for now on.

I walked in and had 5 people look at me and ignore me and refuse to even acknowledge me at all. I know they saw me. They did not great me or tell me someone would be right with me. There was only one other customer in the he building that I saw. Three of the people who made eye contact with me and said nothing walked past me and walked away after noticing me standing at the counter. I tried to get someones attention and several people looked at me, said nothing at all and then went back to ignoring me. I asked if anyone was working and one young man finally stopped what he was doing and asked if he could help me. By that time I felt bad for all of us so I just said never mind and walked out.

Food is what you expect but my BIGGEST complaint about this location is how painfully slow their drive thru operates. Literally every single time I come here, no matter how small my order is, they always pull me forward and ask me to park in the parking lot. Just tonight 12/28 I placed my order at 9:42pm according to my receipt, got asked to parking lot to wait and it is currently 10:19pm and I am still waiting. There were about 4 cars ahead of me and they got their orders just fine, not me. Of course they have their lobby locked before and their phone goes straight to the dial tone. About 6-8 cars that showed up AFTER me have gotten their orders no issue.

Had a big order of Taco Bell.... they got everything right adn were very nice.

Stopped by after a long shift at work. They ran out of beef, so I picked steak. They charged me 4 bucks extra for steak tacos, and barely put any steak in my tacos. Two pieces of steak per taco. I'm never going back. They handed me a nothing burger for $14.

I've been here twice now and will not be returning. The hard tacos are soggy like they have been sitting for hours and the nachos bell grande is supposed to be a layered topping over chips. You can see by the pictures, this is substandard. I realize it doesn't take a college degree to work here, but employees should take a little pride and effort in the job they're doing.
