I just ordered Tacos, Tuesday's chicken strip special, (normally I get the drum and thighs), and a drink. I was waiting for at least 20 minutes for my order when I was told, the chicken strips are ready now. If they would have told me they were out, I wouldn't have wait. That made me angry. Then I was about to leave and I noticed they forgot the Honey Mustard and the gravy. The Tacos were good,but cold now. The chicken strips, not so good. I'll stick with the drums...
I went in today I was having a hard day and I was first meet with great customer service while ordering very helpful very kind then when I got to the window the sweetest women was so kind and has such good vibes it really turned my bad mood around miss Taryn was so kind I just wanted to let y’all know I will be coming back just for her and thank you for making my day better :)
It is sad to say that I wa⅚s very impressed, satisfied and happy that my order was correct. The food was all at the correct temperature (hot food hot and cold foods cold). It looked properly cooked and fresh. The staff was friendly and attentive. My last few experiences with other KFC locations have been disappointing with missing items, cold chicken that looked like it was sitting out under a heat lamp or oven for too long, warm coleslaw, subscriptions made that I didn't...
