Honestly one of the few Taco Bell locations that get it right every time. I don't eat cheese in anything, and when I ask for no cheese, I never find a shred!

whoever the young mexican guy that works the drive thru needs to be cut loose. Dude is one of the rudest people i've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. Doesn't even acknowledge you.

However, with that being said, Karen is great.

Food is a hit or miss, but the possibility of dealing with the guy at the drive thru is enough for me to stay away from this location.

Horrible service. Went through the drive thru and had to park to wait for my food. Waited over 10 minutes, got off and to find my order literally sitting on the counter. My food was cold and order was wrong.

Just waited for 40 minutes and there was no one at the window or drive-through to get my pick-up order. Unironically 5 people in front of us left. Yes, the parking lot had cars in it and yes they were open. Absolutely wild and unacceptable.

Twice I have come to pick up my online order in the drive through and they tell me to drive around and pick up my order at the drive through window. Absolutely ridiculous. They don’t offer to bring order out to me.

Avoid the frustration and save your time. Skip this location and go to a different one.

Place a mobile order for pick up. Went to pick up in the drive-thru. The worker at the window said the food was being made and to come back in 10 minutes because they have to “save their time”… not really sure what that means.

This isn’t the first bad experience here either.

Was formerly one of the best Taco Bell locations in town. Always busy, always consistently good and fast. They have recently gone to a delayed drive through experience. Your order won't be taken until the vehicle in front of you has been cashed out and then you will be directed to the parking lot to wait for your food for upwards of 20 minutes. As I write this review there are four vehicles awaiting food in front of the store, 3 of us in the parking lot and 6 in the drive thru. This has happened before a couple weeks ago to me and I thought it was a fluke. It is apparently how they are doing business now. Not impressed. I'm sure it's probably some way to game the metrics they have but they will lose customers. It's already $16 for Chalupas, don't pull this waiting game too like you are McDonald's
