Paid almost $70 bucks for food just to get home and notice they forgot my supreme burrito. Food was very soggy and cold too. I know taco bell is not fine dinning but man it has really declined. I already had my doubts about taco bell but this reassured be that I won't ever have it again.

Manager stated, "they were very busy" and also ignored other clients with the same issues. Customers could hear the employees argue while dinning in.
