I’ve been going to this Taco Bell location( Old Pearsall) for a good while. This is the only location, where my food is served nicely hot n well proportioned. I get nachos n crispy tacos usually n they are just perfect each time. Thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!!

This location NEVER lets me down. Today however, me and my lady ordered a quesadilla and a grilled cheese burrito. quesadilla was cut disrespectfully bad, and my grilled cheese was MAD spicy I couldn't finish it. C'mon y'all what the heck. I guess they didn't understand what I said very clearly because they seemed very confused and not concerned at all.

Sophia is the most wonderful Taco Bell worker that I have encountered to date! Gave my exactly what I asked, food was fresh, and she did it with a smile on her face! Taco Bell is lucky to have her.

Terrible their i order food and they seem to always forget something their not that busy like McDonald's down the street and top it off they don't even make it fresh even if it was their mistake this is the 2nd time it has happened i hate it but my little boy likes it. Food is too expensive and just for you to forget. Never again.

I give the food a 4 because they charge .70 cents for extra cheese and give you 10 instead of 5.... Goodness, however I am all about the decades menu so 😋 overall besides that cheese it was delicious and the customer service was awesome

Ordered one combo online, went to drive thru to pick up and was asked to park so they can bring order out. 3 vehicles after me were asked to park too. They all received their party packs before I got my combo. Went inside to talk to manager Esmeralda, she never came out to talk to me. After I waited inside for 15 minutes they finally made my order. Terrible customer service.
