They wouldn't take my order inside said I had to use the kiosk. Said the Register's behind the counter no longer work. Went though the drive Drive through forgot some of my order . I won't be back only Reason I got food from here was because mcdonald's line was out of control.

Nothing really wrong with the staff or the place itself. The owner needs to schedule better or hire more workers. You have a skeleton crew working during rushes in the early evening and that’s just a recipe for failure. The a manger and her crew were doing all they could to keep up but man they’re not robots. Give them some help ffs!

The GM there, Melissa, is very rude. I asked her to give me a sec to looked at the menu and gave a dramatic sigh. She forgot my condiments and is very rude to her employees, telling one of them they had a stupid excuse to not work because their glasses broke while working. Should never talk to your workers like that, that is just evil.

They recently brought back double decker taco which I don't remember if I had yet? ? I love to get food here though, did my usual fry redeem with a fire tier before then redeeming my McDonald's rewards stuff today as well, I'm a freak for free food haha! Was gonna go back home soon after all that.Oh ye the people here are really nice as well, though sometimes I misinterpret stuff :oI considered doing their 20% off $25 gift card thing I got emailed about too but I'm saving for my data bill at the moment in case I don't get Christmas money so I was like HMM

Went thru the drive thru and asked for the $5 box new what I was talking about I had already went thru the drive thru at the one on valley hi had very bad busy I never have any problems at this 1 Thank you for the excellent customer

Went here last night and ordered 2 of their boxes. None of our food were in boxes, so we didn't know which items belonged to who. Food also tasted like it was sitting in the warmer for a while (not fresh). Fries weren't hot, rolled up chicken tacos tasted like they had been out for 30+ minutes, didn't ask if I wanted queso with my rolled up chicken tacos (received a white sauce I did not like), food not even disturbed in the 5 layer burritos, no taco sauce for our tacos, and no napkins. Every time I come to this location, it just disappoints me and makes me NEVER want to get Taco Bell. No wonder there's no line here compared to McDonald's next door. The location on Hi Valley Dr is a lot better and worth the extra drive

Worst experience ever at a taco bell at 6322 Old Pearsall Road in San Antonio. The employees were rude and ignored us when we tried to get our cups when my mom was choking. Don't go to this location save yourself the hassle.

Alright already had a problem at the one on valley hi manager wouldn’t remake my sons tacos that were simply just meat and cheese so went to the one on old Pearsall for the same tacos “JUST MEAT AND CHEESE” came home with just meat tacos ??♀️??♀️??♀️ this is insane guys come on get it

Everyone I have come in contact there has been great. I did have an experience that made me laugh with absurdity. The manager or possibly general manager asked me to back up a second beyond a certain spot and then pull forward again. Immediately I knew what she was doing as I was a GM and I recognized the old drive thru timer reset trick. I complied. After doing so she then waved a metal sheet out the window. Then after about 45 seconds or so beckoned me to pull forward. When I pulled forward I waited at the window for another 5 minutes for my order. Grant it everything was hot. But the measures someone has to go through just to appease these fast food guideline is ridiculous.Vegetarian options: More variety should be offered. Like the vegetarian meat.
