Idk when I go through the drive thru, it’s always quick. And the men or women who are at the window are respectful. But I’m also one to say thank you, so maybe they match energy.Dietary restrictions: Thanks for making vegetarian options and not accidentally putting meat into my tacos. It’s truly appreciated.

So I drove up to order at the drive thru and there was nobody else in line but me. I was place on hold for about 3-4 minutes. Nobody came back to help me so I drove up to the window and ask if they were still open. It was 9:54 pm , one Hispanic male was coming to the window when a black male employee said something smart and he walked away so I just drove off. This is what happens when you hire immature children. They take nothing serious and they think everything is funny. I will never go back to this place. Police we spread the word on where to eat and not to eat so thank you for this rude experience.

Horrible customer service. To begin with. I ordered a crunch wrap. Substitute nacho cheese for shredded cheese. Didn’t not get that.i got a crunch wrap supreme l. I also ordered a basic crunchy taco. Half my taco was In the bag. When pulling up to the window. The was no greeting. Just a firm voice telling me my total. I provided my card, and it was handed back as if me being at a fast food restaurant ordering food was an inconvenience. The window then closed. A minute or so later my food order was slung to me through the window. No thank you, or have a nice night. I guess this is why there aren’t many Taco Bell’s in San AntonioNext time I’ll go to the McDonalds across the street

I'm not sure how I got charged an upcharge for steak on my nachos bell grandes because that's all they had. Also the price I paid for the two nachos bell grandes and one drink was damn near $22. I had to wait a lifetime for my food and was only customer in site. I get that they close soon, but why stay open if you're not going to have all available menu items and especially don't charge for substitutions when it's not my fault there wasn't everything available. Severely disappointed. Taco Bell, you've got to do better than this

Will not ever go to this Taco Bell again. Multiple issues, but the last one with the “manager” did it. My wife and I ordered delivery through the Taco Bell app. When it was delivered 3 of our 9 items were missing, and 2 of the 6 things we did get were wrong. We drove up there thinking he (the manager) would replace our food. Nope. I told him what was missing, and when I said I ordered through the Taco Bell app he immediately interrupted and said, “Oh, you ordered through the app… I can’t help you. Call the 1-800 number in the app. Have a good night.” Stunned, I replied… “but I didn’t order through, like, DoorDash or Uber Eats. I ordered through the Taco Bell app.” To which he tried to make some analogy about Air Jordan’s, but I politely responded with, “Look, I’m not concerned about a shoe analogy and comparison… I ordered TACO BELL through the TACO BELL app. Then TACO BELL employees prepared and bagged my food. So you and your TACO BELL employees left out 1/3 of my dinner.” He picked the bag up off the counter, handed it back to me, and said, “I can’t help you. Goodbye.” When my wife tried to intervene, he said, “Of course you would defend her and her being rude… y’all are “together.” Like I told her, I can’t help you.” He turned and walked away. We left. So, I go to the Taco Bell app that, according to him, is a different entity than a Taco Bell restaurant, and found 1-800-TACOBELL in the Taco Bell app. Which is only available M-F 8A-5P, and this happened on a Saturday evening. We gave up on obtaining the rest of our dinner.About a week later, we went to the Taco Bell on O’Connor. My wife started telling the manager there about our experience. The manager at O’Connor asked, “Is it the Taco Bell on Perrin Beitel? The manager is a guy and tall and skinny?” When she replied “yes”, he said he unfortunately gets a lot of complaints about him and his store, and he knew exactly who we were talking about. He even offered to replace the food we never received, but we declined and told him it wasn’t about the food… It’s about the absolutely horrendous service we received and the way we were treated.Unfortunately, through research, we found that this is a franchised location and not run by Taco Bell corporation, so I feel like not much will be done about this.

Service was great but the portions!! I paid 6 bucks for like 7 fries and 3 tiny pieces of steak. I'm blaming the owners and I'll never go back

Don't mobile order with customizations bc they don't honor them. If you do, it'd be wise to double-check the order before you leave bc if not, you'll definitely be returning...

The employees at this located are hateful bigots who talk bigoted trash about people when they don't think they are listening and then lie and claim they never said it. Is the franchise owner ok with their managers saying hate speech? Is corporate ok with it?
