They like to use any excuse to not serve you food. Sometimes they’re not taking credit cards cash only. Today they claim the power went out yet. Everything is turned on. I was able to place an order. The stores next-door are serving customers yet even though I placed the order, they can’t serve me my food like the lights are on. Why do they need to deny me my food? Why do they need the POS system to be working if I’ve already placed my order and they’ve taken my money. This place is a piece of dump.

Wish I had some names to throw out there cause the service was EXCELLENT!!! I was having a bad day and I placed an order that I couldn't pick up for like, 5 hours! They were so kind and respectful and understanding and when I was finally able to come and pick up the food, they made it brand new and hot for me. I am so grateful! Thank you to tonight's team!!

Taco Bell’s new chicken strip taco IS THE BEST FRICKEN CHICKEN TACO I HAVE EVER HAD.
We went to this place recently, and I can say with absolute certainty that this is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to - and that’s saying a lot. I got the $5 box with my slight changes and they got them all right, which is always a relief. And let me just say that i have never felt such satisfaction at Taco Bell. The taco had a perfectly crisp shell and fresh ingredients, the burrito was hot with perfectly balanced ingredients, and the cinnamon twists ACTUALLY HAD CINNAMON, which I have NEVER seen at any other location. The employees were very noticeably hard at work but still friendly, and they deserve all the praise for their cooking (I never knew fast food could be such an art). Keep up the good work!! This truly was an unforgettable visit.

Love this location. Workers are always happy and friendly and willing to help. The ladies here are amazing at they're job and do it with a positive attitude. Continue to go to this location solely because of how clean and fresh everything is. All other locations just dont compete with this one on culebra!

This location is usually an excellent choice. The last time I came to have dinner, the location was closed. Possibly having a Christmas party. No signs were on the doors to let you know that they were closed.
