Went through the drive through at this location on my way back to the office. Biggest mistake of my day! Ordered a simple Double Decker Cravings box. Nothing special. Lettuce on the double decker tasted old. Chips tasted like month old used oil. Baja Blast tasted like dirty city water. SOOO I eat the burrito, It was ok. I decide I will dare the taco. It was subpar at best. I threw away the chips and soda. Now my stomach hurts and I pretty much feel like I am waiting to throw up. This is the first time in years I have had a bad experience at ANY Taco Bell.I will never return to this Taco Bell! Absolutely AWEFUL! Thank god the person who took my order and gave me my food was nice or it would have been a zero star kind of moment!

They are always messing up my order at this Taco Bell. Examples from separate visits:-Chicken quesadilla with no chicken-Dorito loco supreme taco with no sour cream-Order 5 tacos and only given 3 salsa packages ?I don’t even know why I keep going back ? I keep hoping it will be better next visit but it always falls short.

You had 1 job. It was written clearly on the receipt... no lettuce. There were 2 whole items in the bag... how can you mess THAT up?They say good things come to them that wait... well, I waited and waited and waited in the drive thru and... good things didn't come...There was even quite a bit of lettuce on the quesadilla! There's NEVER lettuce on a quesadilla! That tells me your work area has to be a freaking mess in order for it to have lettuce on the quesadilla... the taco, that was MOSTLY lettuce!

Decided to give taco bell another shot. Failed again. Food was ok. The 20 minute wait for 9 tacos and 4 sides was outrageous. Especially considering it was dead. Ruined my night giving them a shot again.

The staff were so friendly at this location. It was my son's birthday, and they upgraded his soda to a frozen blue colored blast free of charge once the order was ready. Little things like this ho a long way and keep me coming back.

If it wasn't for the food I wouldn't get in but even food wasn't good TBH , or it's cause everything else was not good maybe that's why but I'm not going to visit it again .

Placed two orders through the app. I was told the order wasn't coming in yet, to just drive around and wait a few minutes. This did not work. I could show on my phone order received, payment made, but was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to log into a website, not use the app, to request a refund. Apparently, this is common for this location, and even though it "happens a lot", they still can't force it through, review the app, make the food, or anything. So I guess never order through the app if you decide to go here, because then you will be out both time and money.
