Extremely good and no customer service ability. They will not take your order in person only by yourself on the kiosk. I asked to swap chicken chalupa meal to beef chalupa with the meal, they said it was 90 cents up charge per chalupa to swap! Chicken is more expensive than beef how is that possible to up charge on this swap?

They got half my order wrong today and the guy at the drive thru window barely spoke. They said they didn’t have anymore Baja blast yet they charged me for it so I asked if they can give me another drink to make up for the Baja blast that they were “out of” they gave me a freeze but in a small. I was charged for a medium drink. Anyways, I’m tired of this location and the kids that work there because it always seems like the workers don’t care and it’s sad. If you hate your job that much then quit but for some of yall to disrespect me and other customers who are trying to support your job is embarrassing and sad. I’m not going to this location anymore.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is absolutely terrible and the managers are extremely immature and are not properly trained to handle complaints. I seriously think corporate needs to come out and train these employees better. Not only that but their cleanliness is extremely lacking, idk why they feel that feeding people food in an unsanitary environment is okay. I’m sure they would not appreciate people feeding their families this food. This Taco Bell NEEDS help.
