I'd like
Putting 0 stars seems like all the employees are dumb in a 2 ounce cup the guacamole seemed like they didn't want to give me and the quesadilla was a tortilla with nothing that could even be felt in the bag

I don't understand why a supervisor or regional manager pay attention or listen to complaints from us customers I was there this evening 9pm approximately and yes the guy at the window just looked at me wouldn't say anything so said hi how you doing tonight all he said was $$$ again I said how you doing tonight he wouldn't say a word (you guys weren't even busy I was the only one in the drive through) so I decided to go next door where I was appreciated..... taco bell we are customers and if we can't be treated like customers we will happily go elsewhere...
Manger JESSICA she was AMAZING had some technical difficulties on my end and she was very kind and patient and walked me through my situation thank you very much I look forward to always seeing her anytime I come here

Stephanie the night manager, is one of the most rudest, disrespectfulest, unprofessionalism things I’ve came across on this side of town. The way she spoke to me about me informing her about how bad they messed my order up was totally uncalled for. Stephanie you need. Some home training and learn how to take accountability of you and your employees mistakes. You wanted to work at a fast food restaurant as a manager, but don’t even want to hear the customers out about what happened. Yelling and cutting me off while trying to explain to you what’s going on then hanging up on me is totally uncalled for. I had asked for corporates number, which Stephanie refused to provide before hanging up on me. Wow. I would have expected this type of behavior from the east side. Order was mostly wrong and what looked like on some items to have been eaten before I received on my way outta town for my medical procedure tomorrow. Order says light beans with regular meat, you put extra beans and hardly any meat with some type of spicy sauce of a burrito that doesn’t even belong on there. Have the nacho fries are gone. Cheese containers half empty. Chalupa says easy lettuce with tomatoes, not 3 pieces of lettuce without tomatoes. Drink says easy ice not fill the cup up all the way with ice. Don’t even receive my avocado salsa verde packets. Burrito says grilled not burnt made into a crispy taco. Smh. they shouldn’t hire illiterate people as managers. since you refused to get me corporates number I’ll look it up myself just to let them know what type of people like yourself they have working for such a great company that my son loves so much. It’s ok I’ll take the extra drive to get the right service
Vegetarian options: I would only suggest to get a closed sealed bottle of water from here if this is the last place on earth to go to
Dietary restrictions: Be careful of eating the food you trust Stephanie the night manger and her crew fix for you especially if you have a Heidel hernia and a bad case of acid reflex due to them adding whatever your not supposed to be eating on your order that doesn’t even belong on it
Parking: I now know why the parking lot never has an cars, Stephanie night manager and service is horrible
Kid-friendliness: Any bring your kids if you want them to learn how to be disrespectful, especially when the night manager Stephanie is on shift

Taco Bell always hits. My wife and I have a special connection to TBell, with both of our first jobs being Taco Bell. It's our go-to random meal spot. She is especially excited because she is pregnant, and the Caramel apple empanada just came back. Needless to say, we are singlehandedly going to make it a permanent item again.

These little girls working behind the counter need some manners, including the Manager. Very rude staff. Impatient employees. That's why this restaurant is always empty. Corporate...give me a call.

The Manager Jessica provided exceptional customer service! She was incredibly helpful, professional, and made sure all my needs were met. My order was prepared quickly, and it was fresh and perfect. This was hands-down the best service I’ve ever received. Highly recommend!

There’s wasn’t anyone at the front counter for awhile & my husband was trying to get someone’s attention for our order. This guy comes and throws the food at us & when my husband addressed it, I assume she was the manager, comes out and starts yelling at him & attacking us because her employee had a attitude

So today my husband got taco bell and when he got home we where missing food, we got the Mexican pizza combo and let me tell you that pizza was horrible. I will honestly never go back. This is not the first time we are missing food.

If you want to be yelled at, you want to be disrespected, this is a place for you. when I was done ordering the manager asked me" is everything correct on the screen "I told her no it wasn't I do not want chicken she said" I know that already "but she asked me is everything correct on the screen" and it was not she yelled at tell me how to. I asked for the name of the person that was yelling at me. I was told that he was not allowed to give out that information. so I asked is it okay to yell at your customers? he said well I'm not saying that either wouldn't even look me in eyes. the lady that was yelling at me was hiding behind him so obvious it was a night manager receipt says the person is Isabel C and I'm leaving this review because no way for me to contact customer service to complain. Warn you how rude they are they won't be open much longer with that attitude they never have guests because of her attitude it's not the first time.
