I love Taco Bell but bad service my husband asked to order at the counter. The lady told him to use the kiosk. He hates using them cause sometimes they don't work or you can't find what you are looking for. She could have taken time to his order they were not busy at all. I hate to see how they treat customers who really don't know how to use it. Customer Service, the worst ever, I was looking forward to a nice calm dinner. I have been to other restaurants with kiosks I have gotten good customer service help when you don't know how to use or just feel like ordering the old fashion way. We ended up leaving instead enjoying a good meal.

The floors are slippery. Even dry. I use a cane. And I felt it slip. While in the bathroom I felt my feet slide. I am 70 and do not need to fall.

Absolutely love this taco bell and the Manager Jessica! Shes amazing and will do what she has to do to make it right had a horrible seevice at anither Taco Bell and she went out of her way to make sure her customer was helped and satisfied couldnt be more thankful for her!

A $5 box meal is pretty good for $5. The one thing for me is the burrito, I like the tortilla cooked more. I forgot to mention that to them, so It was too white instead of (cooked) more brown.
