Why do you have a whole store of employees but only one taking orders. I waited 18 minutes and only one employee responded saying she was taking care of the drive through, door dash and the front. The girl in blue and white sweater, the manager according to the employees, because I had to ask because they were soooo neglectful, Heaven , was extremely disrespectful and didn’t want to take our order after multiple people asked her too. She said ‘sorry be there in a minute’ and proceed to take the orders of men only. The girl Shelby was working her butt off taking door dash orders, drive through and the front she was so sweet and apologized. I would never go to this Taco Bell. They clearly only want a one employee running show. Pathetic. Don’t go here

I don’t usually write reviews, but this is now the third time I’ve been to this location and the third time my order has been wrong.

It seems like either the speaker is broken or the staff just aren’t paying attention to what customers are ordering. Multiple times I’ve paid for items I didn’t receive. For example, today I ordered a DD taco with sour cream (which was missing) and instead of a 7-layer burrito I was given a bean and rice burrito.

On top of that, the staff often come across as unfriendly and borderline rude. This is my closest Taco Bell, but the service and accuracy of orders here are consistently disappointing. Management really needs to hold the team accountable or bring in employees who understand the importance of customer service.

Messed my order up, didn’t get my tacos I paid for and my wife didn’t get her correct drink. I didn’t get a refund for their error in my order.

Upon selecting Taxo Bell for dinner, my decision was primarily driven by my six- and four-year-old children’s fondness for their soft tacos. However, my experience was marred by an oversight regarding the side order. Despite being informed that a medium portion was available for all sides, I was unexpectedly served eight separate portions. This discrepancy arose because each small portion was priced at 79 cents, resulting in a significant cost for a substantial quantity of meat.

This is the closest Taco Bell to me. I usually come here because it’s closer to me. Normally, they’re OK, but Tuesday, April 15, I was there around 8:30 or so, and basically all the tacos I ordered were completely stale and old tasting, not crunchy at all. The rice inside my grilled cheese burrito was hard and undercooked. very unpleasant experience. I would most likely never come back here again. management needs to maintain quality insurance.

Can’t believe the terrible staff at this place. I arrived a couple minutes before my order was supposed to be ready, one employee asked my name, handed someone else their food, and then just walked away. After 10 minutes of standing there I realized my food was sitting there getting cold instead of being placed on the mobile pickup station. Finally I had to yell to the staff to ask if that was my food.

Someone came out and asked my name, then acted smart and refused to give me my food because I gave my last name instead of my first name. He looked at my order on my phone and saw my full name and order number, and still refused to give me my food until I apologized for the mixup. He claimed to be the manager, but he was certainly not courteous.

Edit- updated to include pictures of the poorly prepared tacos.
