Upon selecting Taxo Bell for dinner, my decision was primarily driven by my six- and four-year-old children’s fondness for their soft tacos. However, my experience was marred by an oversight regarding the side order. Despite being informed that a medium portion was available for all sides, I was unexpectedly served eight separate portions. This discrepancy arose because each small portion was priced at 79 cents, resulting in a significant cost for a substantial quantity of meat.

This is the closest Taco Bell to me. I usually come here because it’s closer to me. Normally, they’re OK, but Tuesday, April 15, I was there around 8:30 or so, and basically all the tacos I ordered were completely stale and old tasting, not crunchy at all. The rice inside my grilled cheese burrito was hard and undercooked. very unpleasant experience. I would most likely never come back here again. management needs to maintain quality insurance.

Can’t believe the terrible staff at this place. I arrived a couple minutes before my order was supposed to be ready, one employee asked my name, handed someone else their food, and then just walked away. After 10 minutes of standing there I realized my food was sitting there getting cold instead of being placed on the mobile pickup station. Finally I had to yell to the staff to ask if that was my food.
Someone came out and asked my name, then acted smart and refused to give me my food because I gave my last name instead of my first name. He looked at my order on my phone and saw my full name and order number, and still refused to give me my food until I apologized for the mixup. He claimed to be the manager, but he was certainly not courteous.
Edit- updated to include pictures of the poorly prepared tacos.

What in the small crap are these?? Never again. Let Popeyes serve the chicken. Obviously breakfast isn't your thing and neither is chicken. Stick to tacos. It's what you know.
Edit to add: you forgot my sauce.

I placed a order on the app and arrived to pick it up 7 minutes after the notice it was ready. The soft tacos had barley any meat in them!! They were smushed completely flat too. Would they want someone to make their food like this??
I ordered 1 chalupa supreme beef and one grilled cheese burrito. The chalupa supreme comes with beef, tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream. What I got in my chalupa was chicken and lettuce. The grilled cheese burrito comes with rice, cheese, fiesta strips, beef, sour cream, chipotle sauce, and three cheese blend. I receive a burrito with refried beans and cheese inside only. I genuinely love TacoBell,so I have never felt so upset until today. I will no longer be going to this TacoBell, and I will be going to Hondo because they are more compliant and they care about their customers
