I had an amazing experience at Taco Bell! Sophia was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The customer service was outstanding and truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making my visit such a great one!

Sometimes it's good sometimes it's the worst. They forget items in the order or they forget the sauces. The food is good and it's fresh. You got to go inside to eat or you'll go home and see you're missing the items you ordered. This place can do better.
Rude thru drive thru
This location is SUPER CLEAN & employees are friendly with great customer service.. Food was prepped fresh & came out really quick. Definitely recommended to come to.
I asked for chicken tacos, because I cannot eat any beef and all they gave was beef tacos.
There was barely any meat in my taco and it was all in one spot
What can I say, it's fast food. New location, not busy. Very clean and service is immediate. Inside has the screens to place your order for dine in or takeout. I like the order screens as the menu makes it much easier to add or subtract ingredients. The screen also allows for a lot more choices of food and deviations to each product.
Clean but likely due to being empty
They always mess up my mexocan pizza sauce and tastes terrible

Every time I come here (since it’s the one closest to me) they always fail to add everything I ordered. Today 01-25-25 I ordered the 3 nacho cheese DTL sup ($11.99 w the freeze instead of a fountain drink) and they gave me 3 Doritos locos tacos instead ($11.09) I also added sauce for my tacos and there was none, secondly when I pulled up to speaker the drive thru person failed to mention at the speaker that their freeze machine was down when I had asked her if I could change it & just pay the difference bc I made a mistake when I order online through the mobile app. & 3rd the drive thru person had bad service like if she didn’t want to be there & when I kept telling her no bc I just wanted to get out there she handed me my bag very rudely that all my fries came out in the bag. Last time I give my service to this location. ( I didn’t go back bc I already had a toddler in the back who was hungry from being out and about & I was already hungry so it wasn’t worth it me going back especially with how the drive thru person was)
Rude and incompetent employees taking orders. What’s new
At this location, it was very friendly and warm welcoming so if you have anxiety or social anxiety, and you’re hungry late at night. This is the place to go.
I live but 5-8 minutes from this location and arrived around 10:30p. When I got home, my tacos were soggy, cold and completely stuck to the wrapping. Not to mention I was charged for extra cheese but was given tacos that feel like they were already prepared and were sitting there. I implore the GM to send secret shoppers and retrain…
Great service but would not take a Taco Bell free combo card provided by Corporate on account of this location does not accept Corporate free meal cards.
I always go to northside locations with no issues when using my combo cards.
