I hardly order Taco Bell. And the one day we do after a busy day. It sounded good. Was the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. My chalupa tasted like old oil. Burnt & left an after taste in my mouth. We ended up throwing it away. My son couldn’t eat his either. Not to mention when I had to pull up to wait in drive through. When they brought out my order, they had my Mexican pizza sideways in the bag. Those should be placed flat. Common sense so all the cheese & sauce don’t slide off. Health inspector needs to pay a visit. Retraining or better choice of employees. Coming from someone who works in a kitchen.
Food was good. The service was good and fast. The manager was speaking very ugly to the young man working in the window. I feel as a manager no matter what. You should be able to conduct yourself professionally and this lady by no means did so at all and was speaking very ugly. The young man did Apologize apologize for her which was not necessary.

Items ordered gross. Cheese fried chalupa very good at my hometown Taco Bell-steak tasted old,leftover here and was puny, hardly worth the price.Used to be a better value.Very disappointing.

It's crazy how people are placed at drive-thrus or to take orders from paying customers and have no audacity or patience to actually ask a question thoroughly or to understand the customer consumer thoroughly that it's a waste of time money and frustration within both sides but most of all within knowing that we're paying money for our food and being rushed than the order takes more than a hour ..
Decided to have chalupas and crispy chicken so when I specifically told the cashier that I wanted the chalupas tortillas freshly made assuming they were, I got home and turned out they gave me one of the tortillas hard and old and gave me original instead of crispy chicken. The listen to details was thrown out the window.wheres the hospitality in this place?then I call the manager and she cuts me off as I try to explain the situation. She said just bring back what you want remade. No apologizes at all. Very poor service. I will take my business elsewhere next time.
