We arrived right around 9:20 pm and the workers there were very welcoming and even made my husband and I laugh. I got the cantina burrito meal and it tasted fresh and not like it had been sitting all day which makes the biggest difference. They were cleaning the dining area when we came in and the place was spotless. Overall 5 star experience this time.
It seems very lonely that we thought it wasn't open yet, even so we arrived and they served in good time and the place was clean. I have no complaints!

April is the worst manager that this location has ever had we are daily customers and have never been treated like this ever!!!!! If I mistakenly ordered it and asked it be corrected she said NO No!!! It was something that could’ve easily been fixed! Why would a customer be wrong? I had no idea it was even two of the same items sold differently. Like by far the worse thing experience I’ve ever had. Like if you don’t like customer service why work there?
Kid-friendliness: April was the worst worker this location has ever had I’ve been coming here over 20 years there was nothing friendly about her if I could give this location zero stars I would all because of this one altercation! I wasn’t even rude I asked right and she tried so hard to make me feel stupid!

They Literally Do Not know how to bag your order! I've had to go back on two occasions because something I ordered and paid for wasn't in the bag! It's frustrating, having to waste my time, gas and money having to go back for someone's incompetence. The most frustrating thing is that I even heard the lady tell the employee that order goes together, is everything in it, they replied yes, she checked it and then handed me the bag. Yes, I could've did a triple check but twice should've been enough.

.On October 19th around 9:30pm I went to eat taco bell and when I was going to order my food there was a young boy in the kitchen touching his hair and so he put on the glove to make my order I came and told him I asked another person who was there and he told me that he was a manager and his name is Ethan. I can't believe they have such filthy people there and they allow them to do something because that same person was behind the restaurant a week ago when I passed by. car and hello marih.. (he didn't say here out of respect) but I can't believe it, there's still that wero wow it's better that they run for pigs and don't do their job well I'll go to that store again
Stopped by on my way home from visiting family in Von Ormy. The person taking our order didn't even want to explain what was in certain items. It was annoying considering we very rarely eat Taco Bell. Get home and the food is EXTREMELY cold and falling apart. I felt so bad and upset bc I didn't even eat it. It was a waste of money and food. NEVER AGAIN

I went through the drive-through just because I needed something quick since I had a carload full of groceries and still an errand to take care of. So I got the $7 cravings box not knowing what came in it.
The line went quickly and once I got to the window I was met by a cheerful cashier. She was pleasant and genuine in her greeting as well as when she sent me on my way. If I was a business owner I would want her working for me. She just had good vibes.
The cravings box was heavy lol. The food was warm and filling, and tasted good, and I liked how TB packaged this. They didn't skimp on anything and didn't overfill as well. The crunch from my taco shell was excellent! No complaints. I’m happy with what I ordered. For less than $8 my hunger was satisfied and I still had leftovers for later :-)
The store parking lot was clean and there was plenty of parking.

Sorry to do this to this location, but it was the last one I ate at. Food is still mediocre, and I used to love taco bell. But, as of late, the chain has severely increased prices not matching the portion size that should be equivalent. Come on, 5.69 for a small burrito supreme!! Total rip off. I can get a humongous burrito at the Mexican restaurant down the street for about that same price. And 2.69 for chips with cheese that used to be a dollar, and you don't even fill up the little cheese container!! Sorry taco bell, but I fear you will be the next one on the chopping block. Better clean up your game, and your locations, cause I will never come back for these outrageous prices and puny portions. Goodbye Taco Bell!! Not that this review will do any good, as I see they don't respond to their Google reviews, better start before it kills your business even more.
