Takes forever to get food once ordered. I ordered through the drive through and was left waiting for 30 minutes

I was charged $35.44 for 3 potato and egg tacos with cheese, a half dozen breakfast taco box with cheese, and a chorizo and egg taco. I asked for a receipt but the guy said the printer was out of paper. it was order 24 at 11:17 am. I put the same order into the website and it should’ve been $22.67. this location was also disgusting, with a broken sign, dirty tables, and trash everywhere. Topping bar looks crusty and old.

NO EMPLOYEES TO HELP CUSTOMERS THAT WALKED IN TO ORDER. 1 PERSON SWEEPING THE KITCHEN AREA WHILE FOOD IS COOKED AND SERVED. YUCK. WALKED OUT AFTER THAT.

Normally, my experience has been a 5 star rating until 2025. I usually order a couple of Margaritas, cheese sauce, pico de Gallo,and tortillas... This is the second time this year that I get a 16oz bowl of pico and it's only 1/2 full, which equals 8 oz. When I questioned this time, I was told that "that is how much the manager says we have to fill it". So my interpretation is that Taco Cabana Management is cutting corners to make a buck. I give all companies 3 chances. I will be back next week. If I see the same practice, I will post again. If I see improvement, I will also post and keep monitoring.

I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes with no one in front of me. At the window the worker seemed stressed and said she was the only one working. Idk this is my third time trying this place since I visited and I can say it is the worst location I have been to.

Save your money and drive to either a different location or try the many other spots nearby

Oh yeah all I got was a small Nacho lol.

Waited almost 30 minutes for my food. Didn't even acknowledge that I was waiting. Eggs weren't cooked all the way in my breakfast tacos. Kept giving ugly looks to me. For sure not going or recommending this place to anyone I know. It's just this location though.

Came to this location after a concert after 12am. Drive Thru. Not busy on an early Sunday morning (lol).

Definitely ol' faithful and guilt free. Food came out fresh and exactly as ordered.

- Steak Quesadilla
- Bean and Cheese plate
- Sopapillas
- Strawberry-Mango Margarita

Came out to under 30 bucks for a late night dinner my wife and I got to enjoy in our hotel room with none of the expected after effects of 'Mexcian' fast food. 🤭

The staff were polite and courteous.

Food was good. However the customer service was lackluster and quite frankly off putting. The lady who was at checkout looked annoyed already and was very curt and held a tone of annoyance while taking our order.
