I was there on 3-28-24 at 3:02 p.m. I ordered half pound of beef fajita. Fajitas were barely warm NOT burning hot off the grill. They were pre-cooked. Not coming back. Quality has really gone down. Also, people coming in restaurant asking for money. Tortillas were not freshly hot either.

Depends on who is working. Customer service is at times great. Also at times not so great. The male employee seems to deliver greater customer service. Compared to the female employee’s, not so much. There’s a couple of female employees who do deliver great customer service.
Had some taco cabana delivered to me through Grubhub. I Used the buy one get one free bean and cheese tacos and let me tell you they only gave me what I paid for. They just stuck it in tortillas. Also forgot one of my tacos and the beans were hard.

Bad customer service, this deserves no stars. The gentleman kept getting my order wrong when I placed it. When I asked for the guacamole and sour cream the comes with the quesadilla, he said that they had put away the "sauces" for the evening. Last I checked guacamole and sour cream are not sauces plus it was 9:55pm not 10:00 pm (closing time).

Kid-friendliness: I have a child with down syndrome who's very picky and she loves getting Breakfast from taco cabana. There' service at the San Pedro location inside 410 is top-notch. they are efficient, quick, very thoughtful, and friendly. I keep going back there again and again and will continue to do so.
