I'm so utterly disappointed. We ordered two eggs mexicana, and both to go boxes looked like pure slop. The beans were just slopped all over the box, the bacon was so limp and small, I'm not even sure it was bacon. The eggs were drowning in cheese to the point I'm not even sure there was eggs in there, and the two hash browns were buried in the beans making them so soggy. The person taking orders was beyond rude, got on the intercom and asked, what do you want. This is so unacceptable I'm not sure how this place is still open.

This is my second time coming to this establishment when it is supposed to be open. Sun-Thu they are supposed to be open til 12am. The first time I waited in the drive tru and then called the store, after waiting so long, to find out the worker said they closed earlier. Today I arrived an hour before their posted closing time and did not get addressed in the drive tru and no one answered the phone. I pulled up to the window to see the worker with a head set on cleaning the restaurant. If the hours have changed for this restaurant please update them so we as customers can stop wasting our time. If not I’m highly frustrated with the employees ignoring their customers.

Ughhhh, I'm gonna pay for it later on! I haven't been to a Taco Cabana in many years, but tonight I regretted it. I don't know if it was the location or the corporation but, I ordered beef fajitas. The experience of eating the beef fajitas was terrible, it was like they put someone in charge of making them and they had no idea what a fajita taco was and just winged it. The meat was shredded and not grilled it was very wet...with something and I barely got it down ( with the help of a couple of four legged roommates). It was nasty, the chili con queso was gelatinous and the tortillas were cold. The only thing good was the way they were wrapped and the salsa. The customer service reps were very friendly but I think I'll pass on taco cabana for the rest of my life. Can't wait to share my experience

OK America ?? I speak only from going to the Taco Cabanas in all 4 corners of San Antonio. Service is pretty good. However, I can not say the same about the quality of food. The beans taste like they are made of powder, and the fajitas are always over seasoned. You guys have really lost the quality of food throughout the years. Especially when you only put 3 small slices of meat in a taco. The nerve of you! I see why Mama Margie's and Las Palapas have yall beat in the food quality here in San Antonio, TX.
I ordered more than 2 margaritas today thru drive thru. All the drinks did not have alcohol in them. I waste all my money on drink that had no alcohol. The drink are not cheap to be without alcohol. I will never go to this taco cabana on RIGSBY ROAD again. They are horrible.

Just left this location and got a carne guisada taco with 2 pieces of meat mind u $3.09 not even the 2 ozs it's supposed to be served .... Just go across the street
