There was plastic in my food, told manager about it and I could tell that she really didn't care that I almost choked. Definitely will not go here again and relay to others to be caret of plastic in their food going forward.

Horrible do not go to this Taco Cabana. Plastic was found on 3 plates we ordered l. My co worker was chocking, I called to complain and they seemed to care less about the situation this is a safer hazard.

The service was very good. The food and drinks were very mid and disappointing. The Mt dew frozen drink wasn't too good at all. It wasn't sweet and it missed the mark on the combination of watermelon and Mt dew. My cabana bowl tasted stale and not fresh,the steak wasn't well seasoned or it was old and unflavorful. I also tried to try the new torta's but it was unavailable at the time due to them not having the bread for it. The pico and jalapenos from the self serve bar were the stars of my visit. Overall I was left feeling hungry, thirsty, disappointed and looking for another meal to eat a few moments later. I will say this is normally not the experience I've had at Taco Cabana but this was the experience I had this day ?

Still same old taco Cabana. Drinks and food prices have managed to remain reasonable. Some minor changes to menu but mostly the same.
We are very disappointed for ordering our dinner here on Saturday weekend. Lasy guy who took the orders , very greedy with food for me and my family. I won't take my service here on Rittiam . Very disappointed ☹️☹️.

Came in during happy hour. Got all this food and 2 margaritas ? for 12 bucks. Heck of a deal. Food and margaritas were good as well as the service.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this Taco Cabana establishment.My family and I were treated with clear disrespect throughout our visit, culminating in an encounter with a shift lead or manager with a heavy set stature named Jose who was both rude and dismissive. We were there 8/11/24 at about 6:30 pm. His behavior was unprofessional and discriminatory, which made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Despite our attempts to address the issues, the situation only worsened. We ultimately decided to leave. I hope this feedback prompts a review of their customer service practices and ensures future customers are treated with the respect they deserve. We only wanted a place to stop off at for our trip back from our family trip to South Padre. We found more professional service at another Taco Cabana further up the road.

The drive-thru cashier name Myangel had the most greatest customer skills I've seen in a long time. She presented very well hospitality skill as well as honesty and overall she was very friendly and bubbly also very energetic. Customer service skills like that are hard to find. I hope you guys hire more people like her.
