I went through the drive-thru that goes Monday the 14th of this month September I ordered a taco salad with carnitas The salad was terrible they put very little beans on very little rice and stuck my lettuce sons put the cheese on top of the lettuce Oh fit in the microwave and put the hard meat on top of my salad It was disgusting I have a picture of it I would be more than happy to send it to you

Went to pat booker location At 630 pm thursday took 15 min to get my food only one in line i can see when i get home they droped my food the carne gesada taco splstered all in the bag the foil riped the tortilla looks like a small foam football 1 chunck of beef your employees playing like children i spent over 50 $ for shit food and services you wont last much longer sorry to say

I visited the location on US 290 in Cypress, Texas . I WILL NEVER VISIT this location ever again even if this is the the Only Location within 100 miles of my home . Kevin informed me that none of the Taco Cabanas can make the 7 layer burrito without ( Pico & without sour cream ) which I was able to get this on Saturday Aug.09, 2025 evening @ 10:06 pm but today Aug
13 2025 Kevin said that is not allowed per Corporate policy . I called another location and they were more that Happy to accommodate my request .
The 290 location just needs to be shut down considering they are causing the Taco Cabana Company a loss of revenue with their poor Guest Service where you are treated worst than you would want to be treated if you were a homeless and living on the streets starving .

My review is on the Taco Cabana located at 7501 Bellaire, Houston Texas 77074. Unlike the post that was made 5 months regarding the employees at that location being racist. I am Black American and was treated very rude. I placed an order through their online website for pick today July 13, 2025 at 9:15 am.. I received a confirmation through the online. But for some reason unknown to me they did not receive the order on their end. When I arrived I told the cashier what I was there for, she vaguely took my name or what I ordered. She said they are working on it. After waiting for 20 minutes for what I thought that they were working on my order turned out not to be. The manger and the cashier were very rude and non accommodating once they found out that was not my order they were working on. They sent Ms. Kelly out to give me an order that I placed while waiting on my BIG ORDER. She was the only one that showed any kind of compassion, while still trying to protect her manager ( I can only guess that they bully her) by saying they were busy, with me sitting there for almost 20 minutes I did not see a lot of activity that would have kept them from accommodating me. By the way the only reason I knew Ms. Kelly’s name was because she was the only one wearing a badge. Now I see why, those other ones does not want to be identified. As the previous post placed 5 months ago stated it is very true the employees working at that location are really making a bad reputation on Taco Cabana.
I will never go back to that location again and will spread the word. I wish it was a rating less than one star.

0 stars if it was an option. The person was very ignorant and rude and shut the window in my face after I requested the total when the person told me to pull up for the total. This was at 811 N Interstate 35 Frontage Road new Braunfels.

location the one off 35 and O Connor BEWARE the drive thru person kept flipping my card chip located on front of card. I ask why you keep flipping my card with a blank stare now he's a mute when he told me my total prior. Pay attention at these drive thru had to freeze card. I went inside to tell the cashier what happened and as I was leaving I guess manager came up to her. I had to leave to hurry and freeze my car.d I won't go there ever again will let others know as well to be on alert. Anything happens will sue and file charges.

They don't even deserve a single star. Store 20372 on Bitters is the 2nd worst store I've ever been to. They can't seem to ever get my order correct, and good luck calling them, they never answer. I'm calling their main office but don't really expect anything to change. As much as I like their food, I'm gonna have to go somewhere else if I want my food hot and right...

Just had the best flautas.
So crispy on the outside, and flavorful on the inside.
The staff was so nice and attentive.
They has restroom cleaner than Buc-ees.
Will definitely be going back.

I have been a customer for 30 years . i m a bussines owner .the on 7501 bellaire blv houston tx 77074.has gotten out control .basically rude employees .but the managee a african american work in the morning extremely rude .i believe she is managar. They have all kind of problem .attitude .i went there waited to place the no customer at the restaurant .this very comon after for some time i white lady came she was not a custmer ..she aproach knowing that i had been there before .the white lady told her that i was there fist .she aproach rude i ask are you been racist she told me that if did like it leave ..taco cabana has abondon this restaurant .there many management problem .know this restaurant is gotten worse . Especially with the employees .

Taco Cabana has always been a staple of my weekly routine. Every once in a while in order gets messed up or maybe the quality of the food might be a little lesser at some stores than others but for the most part Taco Cabana has always made things right and it is my favorite place to eat from Austin to San Antonio it's just been a staple for me I know a lot of people have really high expectations but I feel it's important that is a lifelong Texan that you shouldn't count out Taco Cabana as one of the staple restaurants of Texas.

Usually Taco Cabana is on point. Today we went and got the new chicken fajita torta, the new brisket loaded fries, crunchwrap Pizza
And the flautas. Unfortunately they parked us for over 18 minutes. When we got home it was terrible. We asked for no red ranch sauce on the torta, it had the sauce. The brisket fries did not have brisket. The crunchwrap pizza the tortilla shells wear rancid. So nasty mind you, Torta did not get eaten because of the sauce, the crunchwrap was thrown away, and the flautas. Not sure if it was the grease that was rancid or the tortillas that they were made with. Overall from 4 combos only one got eaten. Big disappointment.

Besides the bad food they serve , i have tried to reach the corporate office about some issues with another restraunt they share signs with. They are constantly turning off power to the signs . I tried to contact the corporate office, but they transfer you, iif anyone answers at all, then they will hang up!
