Have lived in San Antonio for over 35 years and have been enjoying Taco Cabana for a majority of this time. The food Is very good for the price point, even with instances of hit and miss.I totally understand business and that things adjust accordingly. That being said I am very disappointed that locations are no longer 24 hrs. There have down been instances where the location nearest me appeared to be closed before 10pm...ON A FRIDAY!!I used to work late and i always looked forward to breakfast tacos at 11pm, or for a time fajita tacos at 10p.I blame covid, but i wish there had been a more solid explanation as to the change when it had been tradition in a way for "TC" to be open 24/hrs.

Sad, my wife and I visited a Taco cabana today, and we ordered the street tacos combo hers was chicken mine beef, corn tortilla for me and flour for her, both tortillas were hard like as if the got pulled from the refrigerator and the meat got put in it … no heat in any of our tacos, the taste is gone no longer a San Antonio staple! Just a matter of time.

I see it says corporate office but yet no response on complaints to any of the customers. Here goes store 4723 W. Commerce has the nastiest dirtiest restroom and dining room someone else wrote the same and nothing is being done. Why???

I used a Coupon I received in the mail from TXU. Buy one plate at the regular price get on of equal or lesser value for $1.00. Your Store charged me $4.89 for the second plate saying that is how the register is set up and the coupon was suppose to read 50% off the second plate. Store #20239 I visited is at 4313 S. Freeway Fort worth TX 76115 my receipt number is 182455 and it shows code 193 - BOGO $1 Plate. The store manager Evelia Suarez needs help with her customer service skills. She said "I" was reading the coupon wrong and there was noting she could do. I told her I wanted my money back and she said she would remake my entire order, I told her no that I wanted my money back, When I told her I would call corporate she said go ahead and started talking back to me and I hung up on her. I will "NEVER" eat at another Taco Cabana and I will tell all my friends never to eat there also. This was a waste of my time to drive almost 7 miles to your location from my house. If I could give -5 Stars I would. Photos attached.

I think the store on South Main /in Houston should be shut down before they kill somebody! I stopped by last Friday 10/9/23 morning to get a breakfast taco. Big mistake! I bit into the taco , something told me to look down at the taco .MOLD !! I was so disappointed and disgusted! This is so sad TACO CABANO ! Please train your staff to do better! I’ve tried to reach out to corporate/ customer service. No one can ever reached . I guess they’ll pay attention when someone gets sick and dies!

If you thought the service or food was bad…I hope you never have to deal with corporate office. HR has yet to fill out 2 sheets of paper. Which will mostly say NA. They rarely seem to answer the phone & I cannot get through to Lorraine at HR. I’ve left several voicemails yet she hasn’t taken the courtesy to reply. I’ve explained that It’s time sensitive but from the looks of it she didn’t care. Will I ever get a reply or the document filled out? I’m beginning to lose hope

Taco Cabana off 610/Shepherd & Durham, Houston, Tx. Waiting on my order, the drive thru empyee need lots of customer service training. Couldn't hear him thru speaker until he started speaking louder, was at the window he didn't take my money, he was waiting on food to charge me. Manager, couldn't substitute pico, for tomatoes on a quesadilla. She said those were orders from Corporate. Been coming to this and other Taco Cabana's for years, no one had explained that to me. Manager was so dismissive and was having a "I'm the boss moment. I hope Corporate reads this review.

The taco cabana on Lemon ave. Has the worst customer service ever! , every time I go there I have an issue, I swear EVERYTIME! This was my last time going to this place! And let me explain why..,..pull up to the drive Thur and was asked to hold, no problem but it took her 15 mins to take my order after me saying hello over and over again trying to get her attention, by this time the line is out the driveway, ok finally she Takes my order, and I showed her my military ID for my discount. So I ordered one of there newer items the churchy taco pizza! OMG it looked nothing like the picture, I swear I wish I could post the picture! It looked as if they just threw the ingredients into the box and shook it up! I also ordered a watermelon margarita and received a green apple. Because I’ve had issues with them plenty times before, I’ve learned to check my order before leaving. And once again they messed it up! When I go into the store once again! Now I’m the only person in the restaurant, but why the 2 ladies pretend not to see me, so I had to wait for another 20 mins for them to help, so I proceeded to explain my issue (this time) and she cuts me off and said, you got what you paid for! My response, we’ll I don’t want it then! And Also can you please tell why you didn’t apply my military discount? she said I had to tell her that, and I explain to her, That’s why I showed you my ID and said, I have a military discount! Her response was, we stopped giving that discount out last week! And I could do at this point is say WOW! By this time I had enough. I ask for a different item and watch them prepare my food.Why I’m so upset and writing this, is because I have spoken with the store manager about this on a few different occasions, and you still have poor customer service . I wasted every bit of an hr. Trying to get Taco Cabana not anymore!Sincerely,No Longer a Customer!

One of the worst places to try to get a refund from. I placed an order for the breakfast box and extra tacos on the side placed the order at 8:36 am pick up up time for the mobile order said 9:02 am I get there at 9:06 am and wait by the mobile order stand multiple employees made eye contact but none asked why I was waiting 9:47 am rolls around and an associate comes and says they cannot complete my order they ran out of eggs I asked for a refund he wrote a number to call on my receipt he printed called that number for 2 days straight to not get a response or an answer I called Cabanna corporate November 21,2022 they said I would be receiving my refund soon here it is January 20, 2024 and I have still not received my simple $36.52 refund I have been calling periodically for the past 2 months asking where is my refund get told every time it’s under review called today spoke to a manager she said refunds are ran by a computer the computer will process my refund after the investigation is over what is there to investigate I placed an order had to wait forever and their company could not fulfill my order I paid my hard earned money for wandering if I will finally see my refund in 2023 it’s looking like I will receive my refund 2024 Taco cabana is an absolute JOKE!

These guys are the best of the best out there. Tonight my vehicle stalled in the drive thru. I didn't even ask for help but Karloz came out to help and got 2-3 other guys to help push my car out of the way. Once I was out of the way I picked up my food inside only to be treated like a queen. The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. Thank you Karloz for not only helping me but being so kind to me afterwards. You and your crew deserve all goodness that comes your way. I will definitely be back for more food and hopefully no more car trouble.

Taco Cabana 6551 N. Beach. Fort Worth, TX. Every time I go here they screw my order up somehow. Every time !! At least they are consistent, they screw up just about everything, everytime. I lo e their Taco, but avoid the frustration and find a different TC.

They are way too slow making the food. I waited over 40 minutes for my food. Today was the worst. I waited 12 minutes to put in my order and there was no acknowledgment from any of the employees even though at least 3 saw me. I have seen other customers leave or get angry because of the wait. I was a long-term customer, but I will not go back.

It is 9:30 pm on Tuesday, July 18, 2022. Went by the Taco Cabana at IH-35 and O'Connor in San Antonio, TX. The hours posted are until 10 for dine-in with drive-thru open until 12 am and the doors are locked. Did you make enough money for the day that customers are not desired inside?There are enough staff members to keep the drive-thru open but not for walk-in customers? What's up with that?

My great-granddaughter and I stopped to eat dine-in. There was only one person there waiting for a to-go order. After 15 minutes I went to the counter to check on my order. The manager looked up at the order board and I think realized it had been forgotten. He said they are working on it now. Over 5 minutes later he called my order number and when I picked it up I said I had to wait 20 minutes. He slapped his hand on the counter, leaned over and hollered at me that they had to cook the eggs. Really, it takes 20 minutes to cook eggs? He did not apologize for our waiting.
