I had not been to a Taco Cabana in Forever. And it all came back to me the second I walked in the door, and the employees did not smile, much less greet us with a hello or hi. "What can I get you?" were the words that came out of her mouth. And since when do you need 3 cups (I'm guessing individuals that use the cups) to enjoy a pitcher of margaritas. I'm sure it will be a long time until I visit T.C.'s ever again.

Night manager is so rude. My husband asked what was in the order and she rudely said "What, have you never had this before?" Maybe we haven't and that's why he's asking. I'm a general manager and this behavior is obcerd and unprofessional. Food is amazing, serving is horrible...

Visited 10-8-24 , guy infront of me , has an drug problem or was epileptic, I don't know , he ordered 2 sopas and that's all he had enough for , the woman at the register had no heart to offer him something, even out of pocket, have heart , hes a human being to , I made him a bean burrito from my plate and gave him a few dollars, that woman, overweight I might add has no idea obviously what it feels like to he hungry, one day she will hopefully suffer hunger and walk a day in his shoes. For that reason I am never returning to that location period .

The fryer oil obviously needs to be changed. My wife didn't want to eat her triple crunch pizza, so I tried it. I took one bike and threw it away. I can't get the nasty taste out of my mouth.
