I remember when Taco Cabana was first open. Now, whenever you order a fajita, Taco meat is bland, and there is not much meat on the taco.The price increase has double. I certainly hope that because they gave their employees a raise. It's getting outrageous on the cost. Not enough meat.

They take too long to respond

Its a busy Tuesday and you have this employee putting up signs rather than help the kitchen. Poor management.

This taco cabana sucks takes forever to get your order meanwhile all the employees are just walking around not doing shit, also the food was cold

This store had NO heater and should have been shut down !! It felt like 20° inside or less to the point the employees are in gloves, beanies and jackets. No working condition let alone for guests

When were about to ask for a refund the
Food finally came out in which that was extremely cold and rice was salty.

When asked for the regional manager I was given the manager number , also the sign at your door that says "Jennifer Soto general manager " yeah that number is a lie so don't bother because I called that number while in the establishment and heard the phone ring so it's not a personal contact.

Basically avoid this location
Spare yourself the crappy service
They just turn the music on and ignore you !

Don't know the employees name. Wish I could have gotten his name... He smelled of marijuana so much it's ridiculous that he was allowed to work ⁉️

Disappointing visit. Order took long, no one in lobby, one person in drive thru when arrived. Crispy taco had to be sitting, shell was soggy, Carne guisada w/cheese taco was more like a gravy and cheese taco. Barely had any meat, mainly gravy. Only decent item i ordered was the cheapest item, a bean n cheese taco. Very sad for $10

Waited in the drive through as the second car for over 20 minutes before ordering. Something was wrong with the lady working the drive-through, after a long wait another employee finally replaced her and started to get the line going. Not sure what was going on but the drive through was backed up and several others just left the line entirely.

I came from Tucson and the first thing I wanted to eat was taco cabana. It was my favorite, but what a disappointment, the treatment is ugly, it seems that they are unhappy in this location, waiting so long and no one answers.

It gets one star so that it can get posted online. I wouldn’t give any stars. The staff was rude and slow. Now fast food can be slow if it’s good. But I couldn’t chew the enchilada because it was too hard, the rice was white with no flavor, the crispy taco had no flavor in the beef. Won’t stop at that location ever again and I suggest you don’t even bother…
