As soon as I got about halfway done I ran to the bathroom god was it awful

Been to alot of them all over town but their service has gotten really bad. Management always sucks.prices to high and tacos very small. It's not about the customer anymore. They need to close their doors. Too many places out there now with way better food,portions and reasonable prices.

Maybe you guys should concentrate on getting rid of the homeless element that lawyers in your restaurant really ruins the dining experience

Ok walking in we stood there for a while then a lady with glasses no name tag says what would u like...we were trying to read the menu sign it's broken then the lady wasn't helping Like what's on sale or just some help on what to get...so after we order there was a number of homeless people near the restroom area and we got our food to go but the mango pie she said I bought the last one...no sugar and didn't taste mango at all and no condiments I got a taco bowl but no fork spoon or napkins and we got street tacos but the food was made like the items no one orders but yea I do not recommend this restaurant

The cashier was nice enough but the front part of the area where you order was darkly lite, the menu board is broken and the atmosphere was uninviting. It felt dark and off put my vibe for some reason and I ended up walking out. Maybe if that was fixed and they put in some nice lighting I’d be more inclined to stay and order.

My experience in eating taco cabana is one of the worst in my entire life, the Frida corn tortilla, I will never eat in this place again in my life, it is the worst Tex Mex food they sell

Bad customer service

Lacking in some ways, the food and staff make this a place worth visiting.

Granted, it's counter service, fast-food style restaurants, but it felt dingy from the outside and unnecessarily uninspiring inside. On the other hand, the staff and service were terrific, and we loved most of the food we tried.

We thought that the refried beans were too bland and the nacho chips were too thick, but we were excited by how delicious the chicken and steak dishes were as well as the flour tortillas, even by themselves. The vanilla-creme churros and honey were also a delicious way to end the meal.

I've been to a lot of taco cabanas here in San Antonio this one impressed me a lot the order I received today was perfect good bean and cheese tacos delicious carne guisada and amazing beef fajitas tacos ? the red salsa isn't spicy which is fine with me I love the flavor of it definitely will go back to this location for sure ?? made my night for sure ?
