Good experience with the restaurant itself. Their app needs a little work. This location does not have curbside or drive thru pickup even though it gives us the options on the app. They should list the unit as Dine In Pick Up Only.

December 23 2025. My wife had a fall in there building. I emailed them right when it happened and nobody has responded to me bout the incident. My wife fell on a puddle of water and landed on her bad knee. She just had heart surgery to in sept of 2025. We asked if they do incident report and they told my wife they didn’t. So I emailed them still no response back. Can you taco cabana help me out. They did have a wet floor sign on the floor but it was 2 feet away from the spot where it was wet.

Great place to grab a bite.The servers were friendly and have integrity. I left my wallet there as it must fell our of my pocket and called them and the lady asked where I sat, so she went and found it on the floor under my seT. All monies and ID'S still there. I made sure to give her a tip.

I ordered throught the drive-thur and requested a Mexican plate with no tomatoes. I also requested some salsa. I recieved my to go order but to my surprise I recieved my plate with no enchilada sauce and of course without the requested salsa. I haven't been here in a few years because nothing was ever right. So now I will never be back. This supports why locations are closing. Who is overseeing what is happening and why would anyone go back? ****update, glad I recieved a response but I still won be back and I discourage anyone else from visiting. There are so many other places to eat at and I did this spot for convenience and really knew better prior to the stop. My fault for try tbh.

They gave us our margaritas and said grab a spoon and stir it. The flavoring was at the bottom. That's never happened before. I ended up taking mine home after it melted some and stirred and drank it.

Well I was going to say it's the worst TC in town, but it may be the worst restaurant in town, just shut it down and clean it please. OBVIOUSLY at the very least it needs new Management, the right leader can even turn a crew of burnouts into people that have standards and pride again, and i am going to hope and pray for these people to come back into life and love this store into a place people want to hang out and eat and drink again. The saddest Taco Cabana in town needs some love to come back to life, i actually do recall the days that this restaurant was full of people at lunch, and the food was actually still good but that was so many years ago, this place is like a gray ghost of better days.

Please shut this place down! So expensive, long waits at the drive thru, over 15 minutes, terrible food dumped all over your bag AND you get a view of butt cracks! We just went through because their bean and cheese is my son's favorite. We waited 18 minutes with only one car in line in front of us. We placed a simple order but it came out wrong. It was over $35 and the tacos were all spilled out in the bag, the bag was soaked and we lost multiple tacos. The bean and cheese tacos were all spilled over into the foil and not even in the tortilla. Would you like to suck cheese off of foil? The beans were burnt. We ordered 6 of one type and 2 of another and they didn't get that right either. Do not waste your time or your money here!!!! Please let someone else move into this spot. Total waste of your money.

My enchiladas had about a tbsp of meat and the tortillas were cold and hard and the manager when I went to the window was extremely rude and didnt let me explain just grabbed the plate out of my hand and said we are making a new one then comes back to rhe window and very condescendingly said here and from what I could see through the window the place was filthy ... this is the only location I have ever been to with taco cabana that was like this though... normally they are amazing at other locations... also the hours on the door said they were open inside until midnight but when I went in he snapped at a female employee saying NO inside service those doors are supposed to be locked ... so all in all for this particular location sucks horribly
I watched a tall Hispanic male that was wearing a solid black T-shirt and black taco cabana apron take his shoe off put his hand inside of his shoe to what looked like to remove something out of it while standing the front of the store are the dresser line, put his shoe back on put his hands on the line to lean on it, and never went to wash his hands!! I don’t think the customers want your unwashed unsanitary hands making their food.
