Service totally sucks. Super slow. Every time I come here it's no less than 15 minutes at the drive-thru. Order online. Same results. The order wasn't ready when I got here and I have to add another 18 minutes. Short stuff. Or the staff is really slow.

I usually enjoy carne guisadas with cheese.. but I'm already so annoyed with the lady there at the restaurant didn't bother going back. This carne guisada was basically a tortilla with the sauce and 1 little piece of meat.. $20 for nothing. Smh Where's the guy with the grill he's usually there around this time. He woulda made sure it was all good!!!

Beans were under cooked, you can tell they just poured “fresh beans” with old beans as there were burnt beans (black) their tacos are seemingly becoming mini tacos. Girls at drive through stay miserable, and always have attitude, even when you try to stay positive.

The slowest fast food service Ive ever had. Dont bother with curbside, you’ll wait an additional 30-45 minutes just for them to bring it out to your car. Add 45 minutes to the time it tells you itll be ready and youll still be early

Why is every Taco Cabana like this.... There is NEVER anyone answering the drive thru ... Five cars waiting for someone at the drive thru to answer.... Its clearly open bc you can see workers making food but wont answer. If drive thru was close next time make a sign saying so.
