Laura at the window was generous with tacos since the system was down... and since we were paying with our card, she gave us 3 bean and cheese tacos for free. Thanks Laura!

Man this place is rundown and when I eat there they have little to no line but I still sat
in line for 15 min to get my order taken

Food was good. Service (at the drive through) was a bit lackluster. Pricing was also higher than I expected. $10 for a breakfast burrito and a drink.

It's just not the same. Even here. The charm, great food and happy faces that used to be taco cabana are gone. Another food service location populated by employees who would rather do the minimum.
We were planning to go inside but after the kids looked through the windows we decided to only do the drive through.
Unless something changes this will be closing of a chapter.

This location is so slow. I was the only person in the drive thru and it took me 15 minutes to get 2 breakfast tacos. I had to send the order back because they didn’t add cheese and my receipt showed us ordered but I had to repeat my order 4 times so I was expecting to end up sending it back through the window. The guy kept saying, “ you said steak” I kept saying no bacon. He’d say 1 I’d say no 2 that happened 4 times. My bacon was burnt on 1 end and I had about a tablespoon of eggs.

I had a good experience here, the drive thru service was excellent.
The employee who took my order was nice and explained a few of the specials.
When I arrived to pay, I was happily surprised to see the gentleman working expertly from his wheelchair.
Kudos, high five and hell yeah to Taco Cabana for hiring him.
Just because someone is in a wheelchair does not mean the person is incapable of working.
Everyone deserves the opportunity to work regardless of assisted needs.
This is forever my go to place just for that reason.
Wheelchair accessibility: Present and parking too

The manager or lead or whoever is absolutely rude. Zero customer service awareness.

I'm not sure what's happening at this location, but it's not going downhill, it's at the bottom already.
For not prepared (such as rice), food not ready despite them having enough time to prepare it, dirty store, trash every where. I work across the parking lot and they are one of the few places I have as an option that I can walk to.

Taco Cabana used to be one of my favorite places to eat. I continue to go there only because of tradition, but lately the food is consistently cooked wrong. The rice is consistently served crunchy, orders are wrong often, and the food is overall decent.
I really think that TC is a great place and I’m hopeful that management and turn this around. I would love to enjoy going again.
Parking: So much parking. No one really goes anymore so there is always a free space
