I came today and me and my husband and son came in and this guy that works there his name is david he was very rude he was being mean to employees in front of guests yall really need to talk to him me and my husband comes all the time and when he is here he is very rude to the employees he took his time comeing to take are order cuz he was to busy being mean to the employees .I think yall need to fire him.

Veteran husband & wife were refused single servings of margaritas we both showed id's and were refused service by young Cocky mtg.He was rude and inappropriate to paying customers. We stopped for a take out family meal & were ordering take out margaritas

Went in Halloween night after a long 12hr ER shift had a couple margs with the fam, ordered a marg to go didn’t know you needed to get food so I just asked my sister what she wanted to eat since I was getting food now, I guess this kid dressed in some party city joker outfit got annoyed and then proceeded to tell me “it looks like you had enough to drink…I can refuse service..you know what I’m not helping you anymore…I’m the manager I can do what I want…call corporate or something I don’t care” then walked away. Yes I’m not kidding, he said all this at once. I didn’t even care at that point wasn’t rude at all in during the conversation even completed the guy on his outfit was just honestly confused. I just wanted to ask my sister what she wanted to eat since I was getting food now haha but hey it is what it is.

Drive thru service sucks here! We were waiting for like 10mins and kept saying hello and no one would answer. So my son had to go inside and order. I was looking at a lot of cars pulling up and no one is taking orders at the drive thru so cars were driving off.

Horrible customer service even coming from the manager. Leading by example. Went today around 930pm to get some food to dine in. Ordered about 3 different times. 1) they were out of beef fajitas (supposedly) 2) ordered crispy tacos . Then after paying they came out and said there are no crispy shells do i want soft. No I don't want soft so I just asked to exchange for the flautas instead. Then She said hold on and walks to talk to the manager, im assuming (a checkered button up shirt) he did not have a name tag on. She ends up walking to back of the store guessing to go check if they had crispy shells, then comes back and says we don't have any do you want soft once again I say no that we will just take flautas if they had available. And she says no. I told her no you don't have them?? She goes and calls The guy in the checkered shirt he comes out and says we can't do that. I says i don't want soft tacos why would I pay for something I don't want, then he gets upset and says we would have to refund the whole order and redo it, i said fine by me. Aaaanywhooo after all that back and forth as im getting ready to leave there sits a whole tray of CRISPY TACO SHELLS?!?! As pic attached shows!

Had the Eggs Mexicana for breakfast. It was delicious. And the salsa bar has tasty variety to choose from.
So as I was eating i see this when I turn my head to look out the windows like come on are u serious

Update: they are not understaffed...they have over six of them with an empty lobby just huddled laughing.***
Either they are severely understaffed, or they just made me wait to give my order for 15 mins with no one else in line....

We flew in late and I were hungry and drive thru was the best choice, fast and easy. I got the cabana bowl with steak, and my husband got the steak street tacos. We were very satisfied with the food and service.
